    School shoe purchase

    I recently bought some school shoes for my granddaughter at the retail store in Tulalip at Seattle Premium Outlet. When we walked in, Mateo gave us a nice welcome and offered to help us understand all the sale info. He even said he'd check the backroom for sizes if we couldn't find what we wanted. And on top of that, Joe saw my granddaughter looking at the shoes and gave her some personalized assistance in finding the perfect pair. Both Mateo and Joe were super professional, friendly, and helpful the whole time we were shopping. I definitely recommend the Tulalip store to anyone looking for quality shoes at good prices.

    As someone who shops here a lot, I gotta say my recent sneaker purchase was totally awesome. These kicks are always top-notch quality and the designs are always on point. Yeah, the prices might be a little high, but the shoes are totally worth it. My order came right on time, no complaints there.     Custom Shoes Purchase

    I recently bought some custom shoes from the store, but the whole process was a huge letdown. The shoes got sent through a third-party delivery service, causing a major delay and ended up back at the store. Dealing with customer service was no help at all. They basically just told me to order the same shoes again. And the refund for the first order was a mess - Vans asked for unnecessary security checks and didn't give me clear updates on where my refund was at. The lack of communication and care from the company has really left me feeling super disappointed.

    I recently bought some shoes from this company and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The customer service was just awful. They said they would call me back but never did, didn't even apologize for the hassle, and straight up refused to let me talk to a manager about my issue. They don't seem to care about their customers at all, they never meet deadlines, and don't offer any help. I definitely recommend staying away from this company. They're the worst, have zero customer service skills, and are no help whatsoever. Still waiting on that call back, but I doubt it's ever going to happen at this rate. Stay away!

    Gift card for a Christmas gift

    I bought a gift card for my nephew for Christmas, but it took forever to get to me. I ordered it on December 12th and got an email on December 14th saying it was sent. But now it's January 3rd and still no gift card in the mail. I had to settle for printing the email to let my nephew know it's coming. Customer service told me to wait 15 business days for delivery, so it might not come until January 8th because of weekends and holidays. It's kind of ridiculous that a gift card takes this long. I don't have any Vans stores nearby and local shops don't have Vans gift cards, so I had to order online. They need to speed up their delivery process.

    I picked up a pair of jeans, but they totally shrunk after one wash and Vans is saying it's not their problem. Can you believe that? I did everything I was supposed to and they still shrunk! When I mentioned reporting them, they were just like "whatever". So rude, right? I warned them that they were gonna lose a customer, but they couldn't care less. It's just not cool. I'm definitely not shopping there again. They act all nice and casual, but they don't really care about their customers.

    Purchase of shoes for my grandson

    The customer service at this store is terrible. I bought a pair of shoes for my grandson, but when they showed up, they were missing the laces and packaged all messy. When I tried to talk to someone in customer service, they were not helpful or nice. I've sent a bunch of emails and still haven't heard back. My whole experience with this store has been really disappointing and annoying.

    I've been buying stuff from this brand for years, like shoes, clothes, and accessories. So when I went to use my points for a gift, I was pretty excited. But man, shopping on their website was a huge letdown. I tried entering the voucher code over and over again, but it just wouldn't go through.

    Size 14 custom black low-top sneakers

    I just bought some custom size 14 black low-top sneakers online. I've always loved this style and was stoked to be able to design my own pair. But when they arrived, I saw that the stitching on the white side stripe was off. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a new pair. But, to my disappointment, the same problem was still there on the replacement sneakers.

    I just got these skate shoes I was super stoked about, but they ended up being too small, even though I got a bigger size. I wrote a review saying how bummed I was, hoping customer service would hit me up to fix it. But nope, they just left me hanging. Definitely makes me think twice about shopping here again.

    Slip-on sneakers

    I just bought these slip-on sneakers from this store, and man, I'm really bummed out. I've only been wearing them indoors occasionally for a few months, and the soles and heels are already falling apart. When I contacted customer service for help, they had the nerve to say that this kind of wear is normal for their products and wouldn't do anything about it. It's ridiculous for such a big company to have such low quality. Do yourself a favor and get some Converse instead.

    I just bought a pair of shoes from this store and it's a bummer 'cause after I wore 'em once and washed 'em, I saw a hole in the fabric. As I kept washing 'em, the hole got bigger, and now I can't even wear 'em anymore. I'm really let down by the low quality of these shoes, and it's made me pretty unhappy about my purchase.

    Mistaken Address

    I was pretty bummed out about how the customer service went down when I accidentally used an old address for my order. I reached out to the company right away, literally within a minute of paying, but they couldn't change it. I've been in e-commerce for a while now and I know that fixing shipping addresses is usually no big deal. It's a bit surprising to see such a big company not being able to offer the same kind of service that smaller sellers on sites like Etsy can. The way they didn't seem to care about my experience as a customer really caught me off guard.
