    Can't use Chime, EXTREMELY not happy

    I'm just really not happy with this store, you know? I was hoping to find something cute to buy, but they only take PayPal and I don't even use that. I only use Chime, so I can't even place an order even if I really like something. It's just not fair and completely unacceptable. I wish they would accept more payment options so everyone could shop there.

    I ordered some blue patchwork jeans for my daughter as a Christmas present, but it still hasn't shown up.     After checking out some reviews, I figured I'd go for it and buy a pair of black knee-high boots. Got an email confirming my order with all the numbers, but when I tried to track the shipment, no luck. As someone spending money, I think it's fair to want the company to be upfront and on top of things. It's annoying feeling like my worries are being ignored and my cash isn't being appreciated. So, I'm calling on this company to level up and fix their customer service ASAP. Us customers deserve to be treated right and with some respect.

    They wouldn't give me my stuff and wanted me to wait six whole months for a refund all because their account was all messed up. Thank goodness I used PayPal and got my money back immediately. Seriously, steer clear of them!

    I just bought something online and man, let me tell you, I was not happy about the delivery charges. I shelled out a good amount for shipping, only to get hit up by the delivery guy later on asking for even more money. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were no help at all, leaving me to deal with the whole mess by myself. It was super frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing. Definitely makes you wonder about the company's shipping policies, you know?

    I've tried multiple times, but still haven't gotten the stuff I bought or my money back. It's been over 2 months since I first reached out to customer service about this problem. At first, Liz was getting back to me, but now her email isn't working. I'm super frustrated that this hasn't been sorted out yet and if I have to, I'm gonna take this up with higher-ups.
