Can't use Chime, EXTREMELY not happy
I'm just really not happy with this store, you know? I was hoping to find something cute to buy, but they only take PayPal and I don't even use that. I only use Chime, so I can't even place an order even if I really like something. It's just not fair and completely unacceptable. I wish they would accept more payment options so everyone could shop there.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my great experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding, and they were so helpful. It's not often these days that you feel truly valued as a customer, so it was a refreshing change. I'll definitely be buying from them again and have already told my friends about them. Keep it up!
Stretchy fabric, neatly packed, no extra threads
The delivery was so quick, and the product was even better than I hoped. The fabric is super soft and stretchy, with no loose threads in sight. I am really happy with my purchase and would absolutely suggest both the product and the seller to anyone. I'll definitely be coming back to this store for more in the future!

I ordered some blue patchwork jeans for my daughter as a Christmas present, but it still hasn't shown up. I was really excited to surprise her with this special gift, so I'm feeling pretty let down. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times about where my order is at, but I haven't heard anything back. I'm hoping we can get this sorted out soon, whether that means getting a refund or finally getting those jeans I've been waiting for.
Order placed three weeks ago, paid for fast shipping
I ordered something three weeks ago and paid extra for fast shipping, but I still haven't gotten a confirmation number. I'm bummed because I can't even keep tabs on my package right now. The company hasn't been great about keeping in touch, and I'm starting to feel annoyed at the lack of updates on my order.
Black knee-high boots
After checking out some reviews, I figured I'd go for it and buy a pair of black knee-high boots. Got an email confirming my order with all the numbers, but when I tried to track the shipment, no luck. As someone spending money, I think it's fair to want the company to be upfront and on top of things. It's annoying feeling like my worries are being ignored and my cash isn't being appreciated. So, I'm calling on this company to level up and fix their customer service ASAP. Us customers deserve to be treated right and with some respect.
Couldn't get my stuff
They wouldn't give me my stuff and wanted me to wait six whole months for a refund all because their account was all messed up. Thank goodness I used PayPal and got my money back immediately. Seriously, steer clear of them!

I ordered some clothes from this company and never got them. Couldn't get a hold of anyone at all, felt like I was totally scammed.
Online purchase experience
I just bought something online and man, let me tell you, I was not happy about the delivery charges. I shelled out a good amount for shipping, only to get hit up by the delivery guy later on asking for even more money. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were no help at all, leaving me to deal with the whole mess by myself. It was super frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing. Definitely makes you wonder about the company's shipping policies, you know?
Fashionable clothing
Man, it felt like it took ages for my order to come. I was getting worried it wouldn't show up, but when it finally did, I was pleasantly shocked to see that it matched the advertisement perfectly. The quality was top-notch and the clothes were super stylish. Even though it was a long wait, I was really impressed with what I got and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Man, I ordered something from this place and it seriously took forever to get to me. Like, over a month! That's just crazy! I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from here if you're in a hurry or expecting your stuff anytime soon.
Two dresses
I ordered two dresses more than a month ago and I still didn't get them. I've been reaching out to customer service several times, but no one has gotten back to me yet. It's really frustrating not knowing where my stuff is and not being able to talk to anyone to fix this. The fact that this company isn't keeping me informed and isn't taking responsibility for this is just not okay.
Refund not received
I've tried multiple times, but still haven't gotten the stuff I bought or my money back. It's been over 2 months since I first reached out to customer service about this problem. At first, Liz was getting back to me, but now her email isn't working. I'm super frustrated that this hasn't been sorted out yet and if I have to, I'm gonna take this up with higher-ups.
