Valentine's Day bear with custom elements
I got a Valentine's Day teddy bear with some custom stuff from this company and let me tell you, I was super happy with how it turned out. They got it to me right on time and the quality was top-notch. And get this - they spelled my wife's name right on the tag! That's a big deal because her name always gets messed up. The package was really nice too, it added a little something extra to the gift. I definitely suggest checking out this company if you're in need of some high-quality, personalized gifts.
My purchase was a 4 ft teddy bear that ripped easily.
I got this super big teddy bear for my little cousins, but it totally ripped right after they started playing with it! They were only messing around with it for a little bit and it already started falling apart. It's such a bummer because now I gotta figure out how to send it to get fixed. The quality is definitely not what I was hoping for.
Overpriced, disappointing holiday gift
I bought a holiday gift not too long ago and man, I was so let down by how things went. The website said I'd get it before Christmas, so I wanted to double-check, you know? But when I reached out for help, the customer service was seriously useless and didn't seem to care at all about what I was going through. I was totally ready to drop some serious cash, but it was like they couldn't be bothered. Let me tell you, I'm never dealing with them again and I think everyone else should think twice before shopping there too.
