Golf gloves purchase
I recently bought a pair of golf gloves from your company and I have to say, I was kinda bummed that there wasn't any size info on the website. When I asked customer support for a size chart, they said they didn't have one but that the sizes from a different brand could work. I get that they were trying to help, but I think it's important for a company to have their own size chart instead of sending customers to a competitor. Plus, suggesting to return the gloves wasn't the best idea since it's not eco-friendly or cheap. It would be great if Vice Golf could make their own size chart to keep things transparent and make customers happy.

As a client of Vice Golf, I have had a wonderful experience with the company. Their website is easy to navigate and the selection of golf balls is impressive. Man, what a mess! I ordered a travel bag for my upcoming golf trip, thinking I was good to go. But nope! A whole month passed and I didn't hear a peep about my order. So, I got fed up and contacted customer service. Can you believe they said they had trouble printing a shipping label? Seriously? I needed that bag for my trip and now it's not gonna make it in time. I had to rush and find a replacement at American Golf at the eleventh hour. Come on, Vice Golf, you really messed up this time.

OMG, don't even think about buying from this company online! So, I bought this awesome limited edition golf bag, but ended up having to send it back. It's seriously been like, forever (2 whole months!) and I still haven't seen my money. They never pick up the phone or respond to emails. I'm out $200 and have no clue how to get it back. I should've definitely checked out the reviews before making that purchase!
6 dozen golf balls deal
I recently bought 6 dozen golf balls from this company because they had a deal where if you buy 5 dozen, you get 1 dozen free. But when my order got here, I only got the 5 dozen I paid for, not the extra dozen. I emailed customer service about it, but they took forever to get back to me. Even though I showed them proof of my order and the mistake, they said they sent the right amount and didn't admit any error on their part. I was pretty bummed that they didn't own up to their mistake, and now I'm out those extra golf balls I was supposed to get. I might have to talk to my credit card company to try and sort this out. Overall, my experience with this company was not great, and I would recommend against buying from them in the future.
No confirmation email, no invoice, money taken from PayPal, called multiple times, talked to a lady, asked for products not to be canceled for a birthday gift, order got canceled, got my money back but no gift
Yeah, so I ordered some stuff and was really looking forward to getting it for my friend's birthday. But then, I never received an email confirming my order or any information at all. When I finally called, they told me they canceled my order and refunded my money. Now I have no gift for the birthday party. Not cool at all!
Vice Pure Color Eden glove
I bought the Vice Pure Color Eden glove and every time I wear it, my hand turns green. The quality is so low and I'm really disappointed with it. I wish I could show you some photos to see just how bad the discoloration is.
Overpriced Gloves
I was really looking forward to trying out these gloves from this company, but man was I let down when they fell apart the first time I used them. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but they told me I didn't buy them directly from them so they weren't going to do anything for me. It's super annoying when a company talks a big game about their products but then drops the ball on customer service. I'd recommend checking out other options for your golf gear.
Balls purchase
I ordered some balls from this place and I got an invoice, but they didn't include any shipping info. I waited forever for the balls to show up, but they never did. I reached out to customer service and they said Fedex delivered to the wrong house. Now I'm in a mess, trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

The service was just awful. Their emails were so pushy, I felt completely pressured. And to top it off, they didn't even upload the files until after the deadline had come and gone. It's just unbelievable. This provider really shouldn't even be in the market.
