Vida Masks
My favorite mask! We've placed two orders (so far). The masks are well made, so comfortable, and they fit my hard-to-fit face very well. I also appreciate that even though our first order took a long time to arrive, they let us know that even before we placed the order. Also, their tracking was accurate. The second order came very quickly, which was unexpected. I hope they release more colors/fabrics because I will definitely reorder.
I love this mask! Placed two orders so far. Comfortable, washable, like the fit and that they have a filter. Our first order was also slow, just do to timing at the beginning of pandemic, but you guys were super to keep me updated on the entire process, and you gave me some credit toward my order that I in turn was able to use through you and make a donation to someone else that might need masks. Great idea, wonderful giving back and good product. Score!
Protective Mask with adjustable earloops
The delivery was very quick compared to others and I love how it fits me. The adjustable earloops are great and the ears don’t hurt while wearing it. It has a pouch for the filter and even with the inserted filter it is easy to breathe with the mask on. I loved this product and ordered 4 more of the same mask.
Masks and filters
I’ve gotten masks from many different sources because I was looking for masks that fit well and are comfortable. These masks are exactly what I was looking for. The adjustable ear straps, the wire nose strip, and the shape and size of the mask make it well fitting and comfortable enough to wear for an extended period of time, without steaming up glasses. The only downside to these masks is that it took a few weeks to get them. But they were worth the wait. My Vida masks are on top of all the others in my mask drawer.
I love VIDA masks. My favorite is the yellow-green. It's comfortable, adjustable, cool, cotton, easy to breathe and doesn't fog up my glasses. I have so many different kinds of masks and this one is the best yet@!

face mask
The masks are very comfortable and fit my face well. Out of all that I own, this is really the one I like the most. But the wire has moved out of place on the upper part of the mask. It sits all of the way to the left and I can't adjust the mask comfortably now. Disappointed that I can't get the wire back to where it belongs. I guess when I hand-laundered it the one time, the wire moved out of place. I am going to ask for a replacement.
8 masks with refill filter
The masks are fine but the ear adjustment pieces keep falling off once you adjust the ear length. They are impossible to put back on. I sent an email requesting a refund, as this has happened to multiple masks but he sent me a replacement. I didn’t want a replacement. I want a refund and offered to send back all the products I ordered. Zhan said that since he sent a replacement, I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I would not recommend these masks and the customer service is awful. Very disappointed.
Masks
I'm a repeat customer who bought these for friends and family. They are VERY reasonably priced, as are extra filters. They come with two filters, too! These masks are breathable and lightweight. The wire nose piece works great, and they are a snug fit while remaining very comfortable. Adjustable ear straps are the best, and the material they're made of is soft, so they don't hurt your ears. Delivery took a little longer, but I think that was the case for most quality companies during the height of the need. You'll love these masks!
Nice masks but small after washing
Bought masks for my husband and I. After receiving I immediately washed in cold delicate cycle. The masks are fine for me but way too small for my husband, even without the ear loop adjuster. Not sure if they shrank or were too small to begin with.
Vida Face Mask
I am very disappointed with the mask. The filter does not lock or anchor in the mask, therefore the the filter falls out very easily. No information sent with mask on reordering new filters. The tiny plastic sleeves on the straps come off very easily. Mine came off and are lost. I think the sleeves are for adjusting the straps, not sure. No information came with the mask. Due to these issues, I will not be using my mask. I do not recommend buying this mask.
Four face masks
The masks I ordered arrived as scheduled, are light and well-fitting, are in a variety of colors, and contain a sleeve for inserting a filter in the mask. I have been very pleased.
4 pack masks
I did a lot of research and ordered from several different companies, but these masks are my (and my family’s) favorite. I love the adjustable ear loops, the nose wire, and filter pocket. Material is comfortable and breathable while protective. I have a smaller face and my husband has a larger face yet we both get a tight seal from this mask, which is very important. This is the only company I will be reordering from!
