Oversized cashmere sweater purchase
I bought this really nice oversized cashmere sweater, but when I got it, it didn't fit me right. So, I sent it back using a reliable courier service. But it's been five weeks now and I still haven't gotten any credit for the return. I showed them proof that it was delivered, but the customer service team hasn't been very helpful. They keep asking for the same receipts over and over again, dragging their feet on fixing the problem. It's been really frustrating dealing with them.
Recent purchase of wool cashmere blend
I wanna talk about this wool cashmere blend I bought from this company. I thought this brand would have a more fun and versatile design compared to others I've tried. But after wearing it for just a week, the sweater started pilling a lot. I tried another brand before, and it only needed a little shaving after a few seasons. So, I was pretty disappointed with how this one turned out.
Unique and beautiful clothing
I've been shopping with this company for years and I always love their unique and beautiful clothing. But you know what really makes them stand out? It's their amazing customer service. Whether I'm in the store or chatting with the online returns department, the staff is always so helpful and accommodating. They really make my shopping experience a great one every time.
Silk Shirt Purchase
I just got a silk shirt from a third-party site and let me tell you, this thing is top-notch. You can really see the care and skill that went into making it. There's not a single flaw on the shirt and I couldn't be happier with my buy.
Overpriced, poor quality items
If you're in the market for some overpriced stuff that's not even worth the money, and you don't care about getting any help from anyone, then this is the spot for you! Forget about trying to get in touch with someone to fix your problems, all you'll end up with is a voicemail saying they'll call you back in a day but that never actually happens. Save your cash and go somewhere else to find something better and get actual help.
Silk shirt and leather boots
If you're thinking of spending a lot of money at this place, I'd suggest thinking again. I bought something recently that never arrived, and when I contacted customer service, it was a complete disaster. They basically just said it wasn't their issue because I didn't report the missing package within 10 days. Really? I'm out nearly $1000 and they couldn't care less. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
Customer service experience
I was really disappointed with the customer service at first. But then they responded and explained everything, which was great! I got my refund a week later, so now I'm definitely going to shop here again!
Quick response to my order mistake
I messed up my order and contacted customer service right away. But they couldn't cancel the shipment even though it hadn't been sent out until 2 days later. I was bummed out by their lack of flexibility and it left me feeling kinda disappointed. I was hoping for better service from a company like that.
super cute dress
I found the cutest dress at this store! But when I had a question about my order, it was like talking to a wall. The phone number was no help, and the person who eventually replied to my email was super rude and not helpful at all. It was so frustrating!
Cashmere sweater purchase
I bought a cashmere sweater from this store recently and man, was I bummed out by the quality. It cost me over $300 and started getting those annoying pills right away after only wearing it a few times. So frustrating! When I contacted customer service to let them know how disappointed I was, they basically brushed me off by saying that pilling is normal for delicate fabrics like cashmere. Their big solution? Buy a de-pilling comb and wash the sweater often to stop it from pilling in the future. Not exactly the top-notch quality and longevity I was hoping for from something so pricey. Needless to say, I won't be buying cashmere from that store ever again.
Return and refund issue
I'm pretty annoyed about this online purchase I made from that company. I sent back an item for a refund more than a month ago, and they got it, but I still don't have my money back. I've tried calling their customer service a bunch of times, but no one ever answers. I've also emailed them a few times asking about my refund, but they take forever to respond and my problem still isn't fixed.
Men's and women's beanie hat
I was browsing for some cool beanies for my husband online and I came across this really cute cashmere beanie that I totally wanted for myself too. But get this, the women's version was actually pricier than the men's! Like, what's up with that? Why should us ladies have to shell out more just because it's labeled for women? It's literally the same hat! It's not like my head needs more material or anything! Total rip-off. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere.
Corporate customer service
Vince has some really beautiful items in their collection, but let me tell you, don't even waste your time reaching out to their corporate customer service. I've called and emailed them multiple times and haven't heard a peep back. It's super annoying to be straight-up ignored like that, especially when I'm looking to spend some cash with them. If this is how they treat their customers, I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else.
Skirts and sandals purchase
I recently bought two skirts and a pair of sandals from you guys. But man, was I bummed when my order came in - the sandals were the wrong style and size and had some worn-out soles. I tried hitting up customer service through a bunch of emails but even after they asked for pics of the problem, I never heard back. Not cool. Definitely not impressed with the lack of response and sending me used sandals.
Beautiful clothing, terrible service
The clothes are definitely gorgeous, but man, I gotta say, their customer service is just terrible. I had such a horrible time dealing with them. They were no help at all, disrespectful, and didn't even follow through on their promises. And when I tried to take it up with somebody higher up, they just brushed me off. I used to be a big fan of their stuff, but after this mess, I'm definitely not buying from them again.
Customer Service Experience
My experience at this store was just terrible. I had a simple question about returns, and the customer service associate had the nerve to tell me they don't help "internationals." Um, hello? Your website is for everyone, not just Americans. The discrimination and disrespect towards non-Americans is totally not okay. I was shocked at how ignorant and rude they were.
