Recent online purchase
I recently bought something online and had some issues that made me pretty frustrated and disappointed. When I got my confirmation email, I saw that my address was all wrong, which messed up the delivery. I tried to get help by emailing and using their chat, but no one got back to me. It felt like they were ignoring me, which really bugged me. The package ended up going to a different address nearby and someone else signed for it, just making things more confusing. The lack of communication and help from the company made me not sure if they were even legit. I was skeptical, especially after hearing about other customers having similar bad experiences.
Device purchase
I can't believe I fell for this scam. I ordered a device back in June and now it's September, and still no sign of it. I've sent so many emails to customer service, but not one reply. Now my credit card company's in the mix, working to get my money back, and I'm getting threats to return something I never even received! This company's a total scam, best to steer clear of them.
Ordered in late November
I ordered something back in November and it's been over five months now, but I still haven't gotten my hands on it. They took my money real quick, but then they just disappeared on me. "Steve" even said he'd help me track my package, but no luck. I've tried reaching out through chat and every email address I could find, but no one's getting back to me. It's definitely a scam, so don't bother spending your money there!
Non-delivery issue
I ordered something from this site and never got it. They took my money and didn't send the product. Plus, they ignored all my messages - emails, social media, and live chat. And the phone number they gave didn't work, so I couldn't even call them. I had to cancel my credit card to stop any more charges. Avoid this site like the plague.
