This has been the best experience I have ever had with an online, independent bookstore. Because our postal system has had so many delays during the pandemic, my book was running behind, and VJ Books' customer service was SO HELPFUL & SO KIND! I called to get some help finding the package & the owner of the bookstore called me back to help, and she offered multiple options. Of course the book did arrive several days later & because of the EXCELLENT PACKAGING, it came in PERFECT CONDITION. But it was just so nice to know that they guaranteed the book, and if it had truly been lost, they would replace it or refund. That definitely wasn't necessary as the postal system finally got its act together. However, I wanted to explain how lovely it was to speak with Virginia, what a kind & thoughtful person she is, and how much I truly appreciate having the book so well packaged that it arrived in perfect condition--not even a ding which one almost expects from the mail these days. What fabulous people run this store! I can't recommend it enough!

This was the best purchase experience for used books that I ever had. First, VJ Books really helped when I messed up my order causing me to be charged for shipping (my fault, not theirs). They reimbursed me for the shipping responding to my e-mail in less than an hour. Second, my order arrived in three days (very fast and less than the 5+ days possible), was packed perfectly to keep my books safe, and every book was in perfect/mint condition as stated on the description. You do not know how many times that I have been disappointed with a book purchase because the description lacked details or was embellished. This was not the case with VJ Books, and I am extremely happy with all 13 of the books that I just purchased. I would highly recommend VJ Books to anyone! Indeed, the prices were extremely reasonable and in line with the market.

I loved their best-selling collection and I just started with reading all of those books one by one. The books are cost-efficient or reasonable plus there are lot of offers and discounts. I mean, this is reallly a fantastic place to go for.
More than that, the delivery is quite quick, no superfast but okay.
They also keep adding books. Keep lookout for the sale, there you get the best.hmjkmb
