Glasses
The thing that becomes instantly clear once you start the buying process is that it is a case of false value compared to other cheap/Chinese based glasses companies. A frame may be very cheap, but the cost of adding a prescription is much higher than similar online stores.
Also beware that many of the super value frame prices listed in Facebook ads etc arent actually available when you go to their actual website.
My glasses arrived much quicker than the estimated time even though I chose not to pay for premium shipping (since it was already not as cheap as I had thought). This is a HUGE plus point!
My prescription is also correct in both glasses. I would buy from them again but I would keep in mind just how big and bulky their glasses are. I suspect its for speed & keep design cost down that a little more care isnt given but its a real shame. My glasses I feel are JUST below looking costume/clownish/silly but some designs when you have in mind how big they are would cross the boundary. Ive only seen this to be the case, in my opinion in many customer photos Ive seen.
So I will buy again for these unusual and unique glasses but with caution!6 pairs of glasses
I ordered 6 pairs of glasses all of them are super cute!!! But unfortunately I didn’t like how a few of them looked on me which is ok because I expected this. I went to a eyeglass place to see if I could get my prescription put in and was told no… I was sad but I wear contacts so yo be stylish I’ll just wear the frames with my contacts…problem solved!!! I will definitely order again!! Also I did not do the express shipping and my order came much quicker than I expected! I ordered 10/16 received 10/25! Me : Happy customer!
Multiple pairs of glasses purchased
I just bought a bunch of glasses from this company, and let me tell you, I am really happy with what I got. The glasses are great quality, with lots of different colors and styles to choose from. I've gotten a ton of compliments on them, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The customer service team was awesome too - super helpful, friendly, and professional the whole time. I'll definitely be buying from them again, and I totally recommend checking them out if you need new glasses.
Cat eye glasses with transitions
I love my glasses. I knew it was going to take a while to get them. But since then I’ve ordered my sister and my daughter a pair. They are definitely high quality and definitely worth the wait. Yes, it took about a month, but so satisfied. Comes with a sturdy case a the tool to adjust screws if the ever become loose. Comparable quality to the ones you’d pay $200- $500 without hesitation.

I ordered a pair of glasses on the 17th of November and paid for expedited shipping. I received an email on the 22nd stating that my glass were enroute, and that was the last time I heard from them, outside of marketing emails.
My glasses arrived in my home city (Wilmington, DE) on Nov. 30th and they in turn sent it on to Philadelphia and then NY, (as of Dec. 3rd). When I contacted them to find out what's happening, they advised:
"We noticed that your package has been temporarily stopped by USPS, due to the issue of forged postage, please don't worry about it, would you like to wait for us to verify the reason with the logistic provider before getting back to you? We apologize for the inconvenience."
When asked why I had not been notified since shipment much more regarding any issues, there was no response, but they did offer, "...we would like to offer you a 15% off coupon as compensation, would you be willing to wait for us to investigate the matter thoroughly? We will definitely get back to you within 48 hours, and we will take full responsibility if your glasses can't be dispatched, please don't worry."
Advised them that there being an issue with COUNTERFEIT postage was a HUGE red flag and at this point, I just wanted a refund. They get the 3 stars only because they indicated that they were in fact refunding my money.Eyeglasses
Snappy looking glasses but poor quality. First pair were defective in shape of lens... replacement transition did not darken. Vooglam said by email to send them back ...at my own expense... and they would credit my card. Returned Jan 10– no credit and no reply to my inquiries at all.

I LOVE my six pair of glasses that I recently purchased. They are fashionable,sexy,business,fun,and affordable. I have received so many compliments. My prescription was filled in all of them and the shipping was extremely fast.I will definitely purchase again.
Yes its legit but I have been waiting for over a month! I was just told a week ago that one of my pairs was not in stock. I have not even received when it will be shipped. they apologized for the delay 2 weeks ago and added a free pair. But what's the point, if you still are taking forever!! I am so angry and will not be ordering again!
I been waiting almost 2 months they keep telling me they are waiting on this frame. And I hear nothing!!! Nobody sends me any updates tracking or anything its just the same old generic explanation!! I am starting to think it is some kind of Scam!!! Nobody over there is trying to compensate me for anything!! I am pissed!!
Imagine how I felt waiting 3 months for my order and then tell me there out of stock I make another order and of course out of stock with no compensation at all for the trouble was soo bothered

Yall do realize it says they are overseas which i knew so i took their recommendation and got the expedited shipping its a reason they recommend that otherwise u will wait forever over a month or two and of course by time they actually try and use your frame they will be out of stock BC the ppl who chose to do expedited shipping got first dibs pay the 8.99 for shipping for two i spent still less than i would have going to the store in the states ????????♀
I received my glasses, took quite awhile but I am fine with that... but when they arrived the lense was chipped. I tried 3 times to call, and was put on hold then disconnecbut , I sent an email right away with a picture of the glasses, and received an email back that they would replace the frames for half price. This is totally unacceptable and very poor customer relation skills. I have not responded to this reply from them and still not received a response. Again I was pleased with the glasses themselves they were lovely,,,, but extremely disappointed in lack of customer service

buy again.I ordered glasses .after about a month they came were very uncomfortable. I wanted to return them but was told I only could get back 50% and would have to pay shipping to the states. What a ripoff.
For all of you who have posted- thank you because I was going to order however if it is taking a month to get them, forget it- they shouldn't charge your account until shipped however if it takes that long, just cancel your order.

I am pleased with all of my purchases. I did however pay for expedited shipping which they said it would be 7-14 days. I ordered on the 20th and they got to me on the 27th. I would definitely order again from here!

I had no problem with ordering, shipping or receiving my glasses. 8 days with expedited shipping. Nice quality and I’ve had great compliments. Regular shipping takes a while I hear.

First time ordering from this website, but overall I was highly satisfied with the price and the look. I love my new glasses! Just took a while for me to receive them.
Eye glass frames
I have ordered eye glass frames from voogueme.com before. I loved the eye glass frames I received in the past and reasonably priced. I tried to send am email and called and there closed due to an holiday. I paid an extra $20 so they would arrive sooner. I am very disappointed that from the time I placed the order and ir shipped that they sent my eye glass frames to the wrong address and state. I will not be ordering from them in the future. All I can stay make sure you pay credit card so you are protected from this companies inexcusably mistakes. Buyer beaware of wasting your time possible money.

The stone is nice - the ring itself it very thin - much different than the picture. The ring size was too big and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size and this was my response:

Still have not received my order
My order was placed since May 11th and 29 days later still have not received my glasses.
I am utterly disgusted and dissatisfied with this company.
They use a lot of tactics to get around dealing with the issue when you send an email...they tell you things like email received blank and a whole lot of rubbish.
I live in Barbados and made the purchase to send to some one staying for a short time in the US to bring to me...the tracking order is still saying intransit to final destination. I received an email today saying give them another week. The person has departed the U.S now I am not sure how or when I will get my order.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses a month ago and tracking has been stuck “on the way to USPS facility” for 10 days. Everyone else saying they got theirs in a week is discouraging since no one I talk to knows where they are or when they’ll be delivered to me. I just asked for a refund so I’ll see where that goes. The last pair of glasses I ordered didn’t take this long, but the prescription was off so I think this is the last order I’ll make with them; I’m so disappointed.

Awful customer service for returns
I have ordered many frames from here and recently learned I actually need bifocals. I received my latest shipment of 4 frames & have been trying to contact them about returning them to get my rx in them. No one has replied and I am VERY disappointed!
Geraldine Cat Eye
While I like the frame, the transition lenses purchased from Voogueme is distorted. I can see perfectly through the top; however, the lower part of the lenses appears distant or curved. I provided Voogueme with my current prescription used to purchase eyewear from a local optical store and I didn’t experience a problem. I’ve attempted to contacted Voogueme via phone and email several times to correct the problem and received no response.
