Engagement ring and wedding band
So, we decided to order an engagement ring and wedding band from this place, thinking it would be a great experience. Boy, were we wrong. We were really looking forward to getting a beautiful rose gold set, but what we got was a total disaster. The rings were late, which made us miss a special dinner reservation we had planned to celebrate. When the rings finally showed up, the color was completely off from what we were expecting. Instead of a lovely rose gold, it looked more like something Barbie would wear. So embarrassing! We returned the rings, but instead of being understanding, they hit us with a big fee for sending them back. And to make matters worse, getting our refund was a nightmare. It took way longer than they said it would, and they even had the audacity to take back the $75 they originally gave us as an apology. How ridiculous is that? If you're thinking about buying jewelry, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where you can actually see what you're getting in person. Learn from our mistake.
Petite earrings purchase
These earrings were such a letdown. They were so tiny when I got them, I couldn't believe it. When I tried to return them, it took forever for them to get back to me. They said I'd get my money back in a certain amount of time, but that time has passed and still no refund. All I keep getting are apologies and promises that don't go anywhere. It's frustrating not being able to talk to a person or get actual answers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
Perennial stud earrings
I ordered the right earring, and they said they'd restock the left side soon. I kept checking for months, but then they said they couldn't guarantee restock once the return window was over. Now they're only offering a gift card instead of a refund. Total waste of time and money - I recommend avoiding this company!
Diamond ring catching on clothes
The diamond ring I bought from this company started snagging on my clothes just a few months after I got it. Worried about the quality, I contacted their customer service for help. But they didn't take my concerns seriously and insisted nothing was wrong with the ring. Next thing I know, the diamond popped out of the setting the very next day. Luckily, I spotted it on the floor before it was gone forever. Despite my efforts to get assistance from the company, they've been unhelpful and unsympathetic. This whole situation has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed with their customer service.
Diamond band purchase
I bought my daughter a diamond band not long ago, but the diamonds fell out two different times. Even though we had store insurance, they still charged us for the repairs both times. They're saying it's not their fault, but I don't think that's right. The customer service was really lacking, and I'd advise others to be careful about this problem.
Ring purchase
I just bought this ring, but man, what a mess. They told me it was super durable and all that, but guess what? The diamond popped right out after just a few months. When I tried to get help from customer service, they basically said it was my fault and didn't do anything to fix it. And then it happened AGAIN. When I reached out for help, they told me to wait until January because they were too busy. So yeah, not happy with this company at all.
Diamond earrings purchase
I recently got these diamond earrings from this company, and man, was I let down by the quality. The diamonds were super yellow and didn't shine like I thought they would. Even after getting them cleaned by a professional, my jeweler was shocked at how bad the stones were. I really thought these earrings would be the bomb, but nope. My husband also got me some smaller diamonds from them, and oh boy, what a disaster. They were chock full of inclusions, so many that my jeweler couldn't believe it and actually chuckled at how bad they were. He said they looked more black than clear because of all the inclusions. Overall, this whole thing has left me feeling pretty disappointed, and I definitely won't be buying from this company again.
Emerald Tetrad Diamond Ring
After 3 years or normal wear, one of the diamonds fell out of my wife's ring and was lost. When I contacted Vrai, they said this could only happen with "too much wear" (my wife has a desk job) and was not considered a manufacturing defect. Seems like a defect to me; maybe they expect their rings to fall apart after 3 years? I would avoid Vrai at all costs.
Trillion Diamond necklace
I ordered this necklace as a parting gift for my partner when joining the British Armed Forces and the process was positive and the product seemed great, however less than 6 months, the product has broken and the company are declining my guarantee and offering me $20 refund to keep me quiet for something which was in excess of $485. The are being unhelpful and inconsiderate of the fact that the quality of the product bought from them is substandard to have broken within the first 6 months of purchase. The company seem great in the first instance, but as soon as there is an issue they try to run a mile and are reluctant to make amends. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

White Gold Earring
I have order from them approx 7 times. My last order I never received. I put a claim into ups and tried several times to contact Vrai. Never heard a word. I am a veteran and feel that is very rude of them. This happened 8/21/2020. UPS stated they are responsible but Vrai is to because they asked for info they never received. I want my item or a refund. Thank you
