White Gold Earring
I have order from them approx 7 times. My last order I never received. I put a claim into ups and tried several times to contact Vrai. Never heard a word. I am a veteran and feel that is very rude of them. This happened 8/21/2020. UPS stated they are responsible but Vrai is to because they asked for info they never received. I want my item or a refund. Thank you

AVOID VRAI AT ALL COSTS. I’ve never had a worse online shopping experience in my life. The diamond literally just fell off my fiancés ring after 6 months of use. I emailed them to ask about the lifetime warranty and they literally just said, “we’ve owned the ring for too long for the lifetime warranty to apply.” Fucking scamming rats. They also deliberately delete any unfavourable reviews they find online and pay for followers on social media to compensate for their ... ... Chinese rings and terrible service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Emerald Tetrad Diamond Ring
After 3 years or normal wear, one of the diamonds fell out of my wife's ring and was lost. When I contacted Vrai, they said this could only happen with "too much wear" (my wife has a desk job) and was not considered a manufacturing defect. Seems like a defect to me; maybe they expect their rings to fall apart after 3 years? I would avoid Vrai at all costs.
VRAI loose stone - Not Worth the Risk
The diamond VRAI presented online (magnified 10x under bright light) and we purchased has no hue. The diamond we received is distinctly pink. We asked VRAI if we could exchange it for a diamond that was not pink and VRAI told us they only had pinkish-brown and brown hue diamonds available; they would not send us photos before sending a replacement and told us that, if we exchanged the stone we received, sale on the replacement stone would be final.
We promptly made in-person appointments with 3 jewelers to see if they could match other diamonds to the stone for setting in a ring. Because of Covid, the appointments were harder to get than they might usually be. The diamond is so pink that, in the end, not a single jeweler was able to even come close to matching the hue.
We reached out to VRAI again today to initiate a return and they told us we are 3 days outside our return window. They will not make an exception. Nowhere on their website do they mention the hue of their stones. We tried to work with them to find a suitable replacement stone. We tried to work with jewelers to make the stone we received workable and, in the end, this company would not grant us a three-day extension on the return window.
We don’t know what to do now. The only thing I know we CAN do is warn others about buying through VRAI. If you’re considering this company – it’s also in your best interest to consider our experience with this company.Trillion Diamond necklace
I ordered this necklace as a parting gift for my partner when joining the British Armed Forces and the process was positive and the product seemed great, however less than 6 months, the product has broken and the company are declining my guarantee and offering me $20 refund to keep me quiet for something which was in excess of $485. The are being unhelpful and inconsiderate of the fact that the quality of the product bought from them is substandard to have broken within the first 6 months of purchase. The company seem great in the first instance, but as soon as there is an issue they try to run a mile and are reluctant to make amends. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
Bezel Engagement Ring with Oval Diamond
DO NOT DO IT!!!! VRAI jewelry looks amazing, for about a month, then it falls apart, the quality is TERRIBLE!! My engagement ring was fantastic, but within a month, the diamond fell out- from a bezel setting! They refuse to do anything about it.
The company has no phone number & they removed the "reviews" section off of their social media accounts. I submitted a negative review to their website after my purchase, which of course, was taken down immediately. They have ZERO accountability.

Wow I purchased the Cuban chain necklace as well and it broke after a month. I didn't even wear the necklace daily. I wore it at most 3 times. I emailed the company and they said that it was beyond repair, but it was passed the time it could be returned. They offered to send another one, but I didn't want another. The only other option they gave was to put the amount I paid on a gift card. I ended up purchasing another item, but I don't wear it often because I'm afraid it will break like the last piece I owned. I am really disappointed with how it was handled. It is crazy to read that this has happened to someone else with the same piece.

god, I wish I had seen your review... and I wonder how we can make other people see these reviews, too. EXACTLY THE SAME happened to me. So sorry for your experience.
To me they said that I needed to pay $50 to ship my ring to them and have an expert evaluate whether the damage is a manufacturing defect (which it obviously must be if a stone just falls off after 6 months; but which I doubt would be the result of the evaluation; so I am not sending).
