Recent purchase disappointment
I was pretty bummed about my most recent order from this store. I was buying two things for a special occasion, but after waiting two weeks, one of the items got canceled because they ran out of stock. The other item also didn't end up getting shipped, so I was left with nothing for my big event. It was a real letdown and now I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.
Overpriced Pillow Purchase
So, I bought this pillow online thinking it was a good deal, but turns out with all the extra costs, it ended up being way more expensive than if I had just gotten it from the brand's own website. Pretty disappointing to see such a big price difference, especially for just a pillow.
Misleading product images
I screwed up and ordered two coats online that looked great in the pictures, but when they arrived, they were a total disappointment. Trying to return them was a nightmare too, thanks to their awful customer service. They told me I'd get a refund in 1 to 5 days after they got the coats back, but it's been 15 days and my money is still MIA. They're totally ghosting me on email too. When they did give me a refund for one coat, they couldn't even add correctly. And get this - they refunded me through Amazon Pay instead of my original payment method. This company is a hot mess.
Clothing items
I recently bought some clothes from this website and man, was I disappointed! The reviews made it sound so great, but let me tell you, it was not what I expected at all. The quality wasn't up to par and the prices were way too high for what I got. I should've paid more attention to the bad reviews before clicking that buy button.
Easy Returns Scam
The Woman Concept is a total rip-off! I tried to return something using their "Easy Returns" thingy, but it's a total scam! They don't process returns, and their customer service doesn't even bother to reply to emails or messages. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure!
