Water bottle and backpack
Man, I got this water bottle and backpack from this place and let me tell you, they were straight up trash. The backpack literally fell apart on me after just a few uses - like, seriously? And the water bottle couldn't even keep my drinks cold, like isn't that the most basic thing it should do? When I reached out for some help, their customer service was a total disaster - they straight up ignored my messages. Not cool, man, not cool at all. I'm never giving them my business again.
Coffee and a pastry
My time at that coffee shop was a total letdown. They told me my order would come fast, but it's been 10 days and still nothing. Their customer service is awful - no phone number for help and they're ignoring my emails. I suggest going somewhere else for your coffee fix.
Paper bag purchase
I got this paper bag online, but when I tried to use the voucher, they wouldn't accept orders. Can you believe that? Living Social was useless in helping me out! It was such a hassle to get my money back. Ugh, I'm definitely not using them again.
