Dog boots, adjustable, prevents slipping, loved purchase
I just got my dog a pair of boots and they are awesome! We both love them. I can adjust them to fit my dog perfectly, which is super convenient. The part that covers their legs is genius - it keeps their paws from slipping out, which has always been a problem with other boots. I totally recommend these to anyone with a furry friend in need of cozy and practical paw protection. We're both really happy with this purchase!
Dog Booties
These dog booties were such a waste of money, I swear! Honestly, the material they used was super cheap and looked all shiny. Because of that, the adjuster kept slipping, and my dog's legs kept falling out of them. I even got the size they recommended, but man, they just didn't fit right at all. I tried to reach out to customer service about the issues, but all they did was send me some videos and photos, like I didn't know how to put booties on my pup. And to top it off, since my dog actually wore them outside, I couldn't even return them to try to get my money back. Absolutely no help at all, it's like they took my money and just didn't give a darn. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these booties. Invest in some good quality ones instead!
Leggings
Everything was fine until delivery time. Then it (my purchase) stayed in place. It spent the next ten days at one post office and the company for walkee paws just told me to wait. After 16 days they sent a claim in for a refund which my take however many days. The refund does not include shipping. Worst customer service ever!
