Need improvement
Too many exercises before actually find my taste
Don't know reason behind it either you are over confident on your product or doesn't care about customers time A simple way made this unnecessary lengthy
This not about watches products are out of discussion this all about one who enter to site asked lot of things to do I never expect such attitudes of a world class watch sellers I just checked out after answering few queries about my taste and favorites .This way you loose your one prospective customer I just wish to make it easier to understand and selectable in customers convenience I received lot of emails due to signing your process.Please do something.Watch Gang subscription review

Subscription watch purchase
My experience with customer service at Watch Gang has been amazing. I've been a subscriber for two years and I've spun the wheel 11 times with no problems at all. But when I did have an issue with one of my subscription watches, the customer service team really stepped up to help me out. I gotta say, I was totally blown away by the watch I got from Watch Gang. It definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting in terms of how well it's made and how cool it looks. Collection overload
I've been collecting watches since 2016 and now I have so many that I need more cases to store them all! I've explored different levels, spun the wheel countless times, and discovered a bunch of new micro brands. Not every watch I got was a perfect match, but by giving some away and swapping others, I've crafted my dream watch collection. My absolute favorite has to be those stylish Italian watches!
Recent Watch Gang purchase
I recently bought something from Watch Gang and I gotta say, I have some mixed feelings about how it all went down. Ordering it was easy-peasy and it showed up pretty quick, so that was good. The packaging was solid too, no complaints there. But the watch itself had a little hiccup where the case and metal band meet. The band gets stuck on the case sometimes, which is a bit of a bummer. But even with that little issue, I'm thinking I'll stick with my subscription because I've been digging the watches I've gotten up to this point.

I've been a loyal customer of Watch Gang for a while now, starting as an original tier member and upgrading to the black tier recently. I've always been happy with the quality and variety of watches I get from Watch Gang. I just got a beautiful Carrero watch with my black tier membership, and it's quickly become one of my favorites. It's always exciting to open my mailbox and see a new package from Watch Gang, I can't wait to see what new watch I'll get next.
Subscription for watch collectors
As a watch collector, I gotta say I was pretty interested in this company's watch subscription service. So, I decided to give it a shot for three months. Let me tell you, it totally blew me away! Each watch I got was top-notch quality and I really felt like I was getting my money's worth. I think other folks who love watches should definitely check out this service if they wanna grow their collection with a variety of cool timepieces.
Fast shipping and delivery
I really like how fast the watches get shipped and delivered to me! I've gotten 2 boxes so far and the watches inside were really awesome. But as a black tier member, I was looking forward to getting an automatic watch by now. It was a bit disappointing to see that my brother-in-law got the same watches for the month. We were thinking about swapping if we end up liking each other's watches better.
First watch and waiting for second
I just got my first watch and it's really cool! The customer service was amazing and the watch itself is incredible. I'm so excited for my second watch to arrive!
Spun The Wheel
I just purchased a watch from Watch Gang by spinning The Wheel. The watch came in fast, was packaged really well, and looked even better than I expected - super stylish and well-designed. I was so excited about the whole thing and now I'm already looking forward to spinning The Wheel again in the future!
6-month Lower Tier Subscription
I've been collecting watches for about 6 months and I've got myself 8 new ones already. I tried using the watch winder once, but turns out two of my watches had dead batteries. All in all, I'm pretty psyched about my collection and thinking about upgrading some more soon!
Awesome everything
I got the coolest watch ever from Watch Gang! They have so many amazing watches to choose from, and I've never been disappointed in the 2 years I've been a customer. My collection is really cool now! This month's watch was a super cool submariners watch that happened to be a Ballast brand. And get this - I served on a submarine in the US Navy! It's like fate, man!
High-quality watches
I've been a customer with this company for a while now, and I've always gotten really nice watches. Even though I haven't always hit the jackpot on the wheel spins - I've tried a bunch and keep getting level 1 watches - they're still really awesome. The randomness of it all actually makes being a customer here pretty fun, adds a bit of excitement to the whole experience.
