JLC Reverso watch
My time shopping at WatchFinder was awesome. I had a great time working with Anthony, my sales guy. He knew his stuff and explained everything really well. With his help, I found the perfect watch, the JLC Reverso, which I've been wanting for a while. The watch was even better than I expected and looked brand new. Ordering was easy and thanks to Anthony, it went really smoothly. My watch came quickly and was packaged really securely. I'm so happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest WatchFinder to anyone looking for a fancy watch.
Recent watch purchase
I just bought a watch from this store and was pretty happy with how everything turned out. They have a ton of choices when it comes to watches, so I was able to find the perfect one. The only hiccup was that my order was missing some pieces, but when I got in touch with customer service, they fixed it right away by sending me the missing parts without any problems. I really liked how fast and helpful WatchFinder's customer service was.
Black Watch
I just got this really awesome black watch that looks just like it did in the pictures online. I spent so much time scrolling through all the different watches, but finally found the perfect one that I can wear every day. The shipping was really fast too, but just make sure someone is around to sign for it when it arrives. It actually came the very next day with FedEx, so I didn't have to wait long at all. I'm totally in love with this watch and can't wait to see if they have any cool sales coming up.
Faulty Watch Return
I bought a watch from WatchFinder, but it didn't work for me. My bad for not checking it out beforehand. What really impressed me was the amazing customer service I got from WatchFinder. At first, my calls were being ignored, which was irritating. But then, out of the blue, I got not just one, but five callbacks and emails from two different people, all trying to help me return the watch. That kind of dedication to customer service is really impressive and deserves some recognition.
