    Impressive Products and Service with a Sustainable Twist

    I have been a client of Waterfly for over a year now and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with their products and customer service.

    I primarily shop online with Waterfly and have purchased a variety of items such as backpacks, duffle bags, and even a camping hammock. The quality of their products is top-notch and I have never been disappointed. I have also had to contact their customer service team a few times for various reasons and they have always been quick to respond and very helpful in resolving any issues.

    I just wanted to say, this company and their products are seriously amazing. I've bought three front packs from them now, and each time I'm blown away.     Late delivery and lack of communication

    I find it so frustrating that I placed my order almost two weeks ago and I haven't heard a single word from this company. They took my money right away, but now it feels like my order has disappeared. I have no idea if it's going to show up tomorrow or in a year. The fact that they haven't reached out to me is driving me crazy. Honestly, I'm just crossing my fingers that my package arrives before I completely forget about it.

    Email response and product quality

    I emailed them a question and didn't get a reply even though their site said they would respond in 24 hours. It's like waiting for my mom to say yes to ice cream - not gonna happen! When I finally got the product, it was just okay. The materials were cheap and didn't seem like they would protect my gadgets at all. I was really bummed because I was looking for something to keep my electronics safe and secure.

    I've been trying to get in touch about my order, but my email keeps getting blocked. It's already been a week and I still haven't heard anything. I'm starting to feel a little uneasy about actually getting my order.

    Order placed on January 22, 2022

    I ordered something back in January, right on the 22nd of 2022. Got an email saying they got my order, but now? Nothing. No updates on when it'll ship, no heads up about any delays, not even a clue about when it might show up at my door. It's annoying to be kept in the dark like this, especially since they already took my money when I ordered. This whole no communication thing makes me doubt if they can actually get their act together and send out orders on time.
