    Truely I didn't heard about this shop before last month. One gift I received from my friend that is from Waterford. So I introduced this way and visited their website.
    Just too good friends,all products are so attractive,just need enough money to capture everything.
    But my first booking was this month only
    Rose ball and Leatham Kylie vase, items were costly but I did it.
    Lovable items once you see it physically..Great products.

I got in touch with customer service, and they didn't give me any fuss - just sent a new one my way right off the bat. Their products are seriously high-quality and their customer service is top-notch. I'm for sure going to keep coming back for more!

    Wedding gift vase

    I got this really pretty vase as a wedding gift for my Son and Daughter In-Law not too long ago, but it ended up having a chip after only a few months. When I contacted customer service about it, I was surprised to find out there was no warranty in the US, unlike in Australia where they offer a one-year replacement policy. Their response was kind of a letdown, basically saying their products are only meant for show, not for actual use. It was a bummer to realize that their reputation is all about looks and not quality.

    Whiskey glasses presentation box

    I recently got a set of whiskey glasses that were supposed to come in a fancy box, but when I asked customer service about when they'd be available, they weren't very helpful. Even after asking a few times, I never got a straight answer. When they finally restocked, I went ahead and bought them. But when I got the glasses, they didn't make that crystal sound when tapped, even though they looked and felt like crystal. After checking out other reviews, I'm starting to doubt if these glasses are the real deal, and I'm not sure if I want to buy from this company again.

    Crystal drinking glasses

    I bought some crystal drinking glasses from this website as a Christmas present, but two of them came with hairline cracks, so I couldn't use them. I sent an email with pictures of the damaged glasses, but it took 3 weeks for them to get back to me about getting a refund or replacement. I asked for a new set that had been checked for quality or a refund if they couldn't. I sent a few more emails after that, but never heard back from them. I really think it's best to steer clear of this company because they don't seem to care about their customers or fixing mistakes.

    Pair of crystal candle holders

    I bought these really pretty crystal candle holders but man, I'm really let down by their customer service. So I ordered them, right, but they never showed up. Tracking says they were delivered but I never got 'em. I tried reaching out through email and their contact form, but I got nothin'. It's like they don't even have customer service, and that ain't cool. I even tried calling the number my credit card company gave me, but no one ever got back to me. This whole thing has been a huge pain in the butt, so I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them.

    Roofing estimate experience

    Our experience with the company didn't live up to what we were hoping for. We were referred to them by a good roofing company, and at first, Waterford seemed like they knew what they were doing and were quick to respond. But we were let down when they charged us just for checking out the job to give us an estimate, even though they didn't actually do any work. That didn't sit right with us, it felt shady and unfair, and it definitely left a bad taste in our mouths about the company.

    I got a gift from my daughter that was kind of a fail. She got me these wine glasses from a website, but they turned out to be the wrong size. I tried hitting up customer service on their site, but couldn't get through to anyone. Super annoying not being able to fix it right away, and I was bummed the company didn't get back to me. Just not a great time dealing with that website, to be honest.

    Cocktail glasses with flaws

    I ordered those fancy cocktail glasses back in May, but man, when they finally showed up, there were these strange marks on them. I reached out and asked for some new ones, but it's like, what's the hold up? They keep saying they're waiting on new stock. I'm over here just wanting my replacement glasses or my money back already. Let's get this sorted out!

    I ordered a set of crystal champagne flutes, but when they arrived, half of them were broken. The customer service was terrible.     Expedited shipping for an item

    Recently, I bought something online and needed it rushed to me for a big event. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but sadly, it didn't come on time like they said. I tried reaching out to customer service by email a few times, but never heard back. I had to scramble and buy a different gift, then deal with returning the first item. It was frustrating that they didn't come through with good customer service. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.

    I made an online purchase recently and man, the customer service was a total letdown. I had to do all sorts of things just to get a response - sending emails, DMs on Instagram, and messages on Facebook. There wasn't even a customer service number to call for help, which made it even more annoying. It took forever to hear back from them, and when I finally did, they couldn't even help me with a basic shipping address change. If you're thinking about buying from them, I recommend checking out other places with better customer service.

    Frame purchase for mother-in-law

    I really regret not checking out some reviews before getting these frames for my mother-in-law. Turns out they can only hold portrait photos, not landscape like the ones we have. And their return policy is a pain - had to ship them all the way back to the US from Canada and ended up paying $90 for shipping. Tried reaching out through emails and contact forms but got no response. Definitely won't be purchasing from them in the future.
