Sport equipment purchase
As a newbie customer, I gotta say I was pretty happy with all the sports gear they had in stock and the prices weren't too shabby either. But, the best part was definitely the customer service - they really went above and beyond. Had a little hitch with my order, but with a quick phone call, they got it sorted out right away. Those customer service folks really knew their stuff and were super helpful. All in all, I had a great experience and would totally suggest this company/website to anyone looking for top-notch sports equipment.
Life vests, shipping, NRS gear
Oh my gosh, I snagged these really awesome life vests on sale! My old ones were seriously ancient, I've had them for like forever! So, figured it was about time for an upgrade. The shipping was crazy fast, it got to LA in a flash and both vests arrived in perfect condition. NRS gear is seriously the best, they make such top-notch products!
Water sports equipment
I just bought some water sports gear from this store. They shipped it out fast and it got to me quickly. The stuff was a little bigger than I thought, but the return policy seems fair, so hopefully it won't be a hassle if I need to swap it out later.
Wetsuit purchase
I was seriously impressed by how quickly my order got to me all the way over in Switzerland! And to top it off, when I needed to merge a couple orders together, the customer service was amazing. The folks there were super helpful and really got where I was coming from. They made everything so easy. And can we talk about the prices? I was happily surprised at how good they were, especially compared to what I would have paid at a regular store. All in all, my shopping experience at Watersports Outlet was absolutely fantastic.

Wetsuit Purchase
I recently bought a wetsuit from Watersports Outlet and I was really impressed with the customer service I got. Even though we were in different time zones, the staff actually called me to double-check my measurements for the wetsuit. They pointed out that I needed a size XLT instead of XXL because of my wide shoulders, and it made a big difference in the fit. They also suggested a front zip suit for easier access with broader shoulders, showing that they really knew their stuff.
