Quick responses, timely delivery, high-quality products
I've been really happy with the customer service and how efficient this company is. Even though they're on the other side of the world, they always get back to me quickly and handle my orders right away. Their products are top-notch and super stylish. I've loved every project I've done with their stuff, and even my granddaughter has improved her knitting skills with their kits.
Project kit with detailed instruction booklet
I was so surprised (in a good way!) when my project kit got here super fast. It had everything I needed to start knitting, which was awesome. The best part was the instruction booklet, it was so detailed and helpful. They even had little tips, like circling the right number of stitches for your size, which made it way easier to follow along. The knitting techniques were explained really well, even for someone like me who's just starting out.
Merida blanket kit
I've been super happy with all the knitting kits I've gotten from this company. I like to wait to start a new project until I finish the one I'm already working on. I love the feeling of excitement when I open up a new kit, touch the yarn, and check out the instructions. The directions have always been really clear and easy to understand for each project I've tried. I usually go over them a few times and make some practice swatches to get the hang of new techniques or stitches. Right now I'm working on the Merida blanket and I'm already thinking about what I want to make next.
Yarn and kit purchase
I just bought some yarn and a kit from this company, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The colors were so bright, the packaging was nice and neat, and the instructions were easy to follow. But, I did run into a little problem with one of the kits. Even though I followed the instructions exactly, the final product ended up being too small for an adult like it was supposed to be. I had to add some extra rows, and even then, it only fit a kid.
Simone cardigan kit purchase
I recently bought the Simone cardigan kit from this company because I've always wanted to learn how to knit. I've made a few scarves before, but I wanted to step it up and try something more challenging. When the package arrived, everything was great quality, except for the pattern that came with it. The website has tutorials, but they aren't specific to the patterns in the kits, so it was hard for me as a beginner to follow along. The pattern itself wasn't very detailed, which was frustrating as I tried to figure things out. Overall, I think the kit was a good deal, especially since I got it on sale.
High-quality products, beautiful selection, transformative
I just wanted to share that I really love the products I bought from this company! They've got a great variety of kits for all levels of skill, which I think is so cool. I've always loved knitting, but it wasn't until I found these guys that I was able to make something I really enjoy wearing. So thanks for creating such awesome products for folks like me!
Knitting kits, sizing issues
I've bought a knitting kit a few times, and let me tell you, it's definitely for beginners who don't mind shelling out some cash. But what really bums me out is the limited options for adding more yarn and the crazy price jump just for a pattern. Plus, the fact that the patterns don't cater to all sizes is a big downside.
Lost order, great customer service
I just had a package that got lost in the mail, but the customer service folks were on it and got everything sorted out super quick. Gotta admit, I'm feeling pretty happy with how it all worked out and can't wait to start using my new yarn haul. This pima cotton yarn is so soft and the colors are even more vibrant than I expected.
Mini Abruzzo sweater kit
I bought this Mini Abruzzo sweater kit from the company and, man, it was a total mess. The yarn they used, Pima cotton, kept splitting, making it a real pain to knit and the finished sweater just didn't look great. On top of that, the instructions for the pattern were confusing and I ended up with a wonky neckline that I had to fix on my own. All in all, it was a really disappointing and frustrating experience.
Yarn Kit Purchases
I just bought some yarn kits from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. The designs they had were super cute, and the customer service was alright. But, I did run into a little problem with how much yarn they gave me in the kits. Twice I had to go out and buy more yarn because what they provided just wasn't enough for the bigger sizes I was working on. I get that everyone knits differently, but it would definitely help if the company double-checked their measurements for bigger sizes. Just a thought!
Ponchos and sweater kits, fast shipping, savings promo
I recently ordered a couple of kits from this store and let me tell you, I was so impressed with how quickly they were shipped. And to top it off, the savings promo was the icing on the cake! Who doesn't love a good deal, am I right? But the one thing that kind of bugged me was the color chart. I was eyeing this gorgeous shade called merlot, but the color didn't quite match up to what I saw online. It would be awesome if they could work on that so it's easier for us customers to pick the perfect shade.

The company's got some really nice new designs with classic looks, and their yarn is top-notch. But I do wish the pattern instructions were a bit more detailed and easier to follow.
Knitting kit purchase
I think the website and ordering could use some work. I bought a knitting kit from this company and was a little bummed to see that it didn't come with everything I needed. Customer service told me that stuff like buttons had to be bought separately. It wasn't a huge deal, but I was kind of expecting everything to be in the "kit." The yarn and needles were good quality, but I do think the prices are a bit high, like other people have said.
Saturday Top and Pinecone Sweater
The company's patterns are easy to follow and the yarns they use are really good quality. I've knitted the Saturday Top and the Pinecone Sweater with The Cotton yarn and The Petite Wool yarn. The Cotton yarn is made from Peruvian pima cotton and has a nice drape, which makes it enjoyable to use. The Petite Wool is a Peruvian highland wool that's easy to knit with and shows off knitted patterns well. Just watch out, it can split easily if you're going too fast. But overall, I'm really happy with the products and excited to try more yarns from this company.

I recently bought some yarn from that store, and honestly, it was just okay. The website was pretty confusing because I had to search all over the place to find the details I needed. I wish they would make it simpler for customers like me to see everything in one spot.

I have recently been using the knitting company WE ARE KNITTERS and I must say, I am quite pleased with my experience. The website is easy to navigate and they have a wide selection of high quality knitting kits and materials.
One thing I really appreciate is that they provide clear instructions for each project, along with helpful videos to guide you through the process. I have completed a few of their kits now and have had no issues following along.
The customer service is also top-notch. I had a question about one of the kits I ordered and the team was quick to respond and very helpful.
Overall, I am happy with my experience with WE ARE KNITTERS and would definitely recommend them to other knitters.
