EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra system
As a first-time customer at Wellbots, I had a bunch of questions about the EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra system. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and attentive Kartik was. He took the time to answer all my questions, gave me some great suggestions, and made sure I was picking the right product for me. Wellbots had the best price on the system and they even honored a dealer coupon that others wouldn't. I didn't have to worry about any hidden fees or sales pitches, and they even threw in an extra cable and connector box at no extra charge. Huge Savings on Electronics
I recently bought some electronics from another store, but when I saw the same stuff on Wellbots for way cheaper, I decided to return the original purchase and get them from Wellbots instead. The shipping was super quick, and I liked how fast they responded when I texted them for customer service. Now, I always check Wellbots first whenever I want to buy electronics. At first, I didn't trust the low prices, thought it was too good to be true, but I ended up saving more than $2000! Now I'm a loyal customer and will keep shopping with Wellbots for all my electronic needs.
Solar generator and accessories
I was so nervous about buying my solar stuff because the people at the other place were foreign and not patient with my many questions. But then I found this place called Wellbots and I could chat live with this guy Clark! He was cool, but then he passed me off to this other guy named Noah who was even better! He gave me prices that beat their sale and answered all my crazy questions. I placed my order and got my stuff in a week. I even gave my friends Noah's number so they could get awesome deals too! Thanks Clark and Noah - 5 stars for sure!
Easy to Fly Drone
As someone who's tested out a bunch of flying bots before, let me tell you, the wellbot drone is a total game-changer. Other drones I've messed with were a pain to control, but this one? So easy to fly. It keeps itself nice and level, stays at the right height - perfect for newbies or pros. And that headless feature? Genius. I can zip that drone around in all sorts of directions without getting mixed up about which way is what. Taking off and landing? Piece of cake with this wellbot drone.
Onyx Boox Palma
I just got the Onyx Boox Palma from Wellbots, but it was actually back ordered when I ordered it. Even though it took longer than expected, Wellbots kept me in the loop the whole time. Their customer service was top-notch and really helped me out since I was a newbie customer. The device showed up a little later than I thought, but overall, I was pretty satisfied with how everything went down.
Lost order due to FedEx snowstorm mix-up
My order got lost in a snowstorm all thanks to FedEx, but let me tell you, Wellbots really came through for me! Stan did some serious magic and managed to find my order and even gave me a full refund. Their communication was on point, so I felt good about leaving it in their hands without having to worry about stopping the payment. They've definitely got my loyalty for any future purchases!
Electric canner purchase
Wellbots had the exact electric canner I had been wanting for Christmas, and it was way cheaper than Amazon. Saved myself around 40 bucks and the shipping was super fast. Got my order in less than a week, just in time for the holidays. The canner itself was top-notch quality and the whole buying process at Wellbots was impressive. I just made a big purchase from Wellbots after hearing tons of good stuff about them. And let me tell you, from the minute I ordered to when my item arrived, Wellbots really came through for me. Electric bike purchase
I just got an electric bike and ordering it was easy. It came pretty quickly, but when I put it together, I had a problem with a wire that got cut connecting to the control system. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer and Wellbots to get help with replacing the cable, but it's been really hard to communicate with them. Now, I can't use the bike like I wanted to. It seems like it would be perfect for me, but the lack of support in fixing this issue is frustrating.
Ecoflow Delta 1300 Solar Generator
I highly recommend the Ecoflow Delta 1300 solar generator, especially after watching Pinball Preparedness on youtube. Got a really good deal on it. Noah, the guy I talked to on the phone, was super helpful and nice. Definitely gonna buy from them again. Everything went smooth as butter with this purchase.

I was looking for solar backup power systems and saw that Wellbots was highly recommended on YouTube. I decided to buy from them and I was really impressed with the customer service I received from Alex. Now, Wellbots is my go-to store for all my future purchases because of their fantastic communication, quick delivery, and competitive prices.
Portable cooler purchase
I found out about Wellbots through a buddy and figured I'd buy a portable cooler. The ordering process was a breeze and my delivery arrived right on schedule. I've had the cooler for a couple of weeks and it's been working like a charm. All in all, I'm happy with both the company and the product, and I'd definitely think about buying from them in the future.
Eco-flo 1000, solar panel brackets
I was really upset at first because the shipping cost more than the brackets themselves. But the sales guy said he would include them in my order for the same price as just the brackets! But then my eco-flo didn't arrive for a week, and it turns out they were waiting on the brackets from another location! I was thinking, just forget the brackets, send my eco-flo already! And then it ended up getting shipped to California! What a disaster, right?
Enjoy cool AC
I ordered this enjoy cool at wellbots. It was a disaster. What they’ve advertised is a portable AC with an ad on battery. So definitely that should function even without an outlet. Then they emailed saying that the battery is in back order. And I asked if that AC would operate even without the battery and they responded yes! So I agreed to send it before summer comes and they could send the battery when it comes because they said that it would function without a battery. I thought there is a built in battery and the ad on battery us just an extra battery to it. And no, it is not! I even specified to them that we need the AC for a truck that doesn’t have an AC outlet or adapter. The one that they’ve advertised with the picture and option is an AC with ad on battery for the price that I’ve paid in full. This is so deceiving and misleading to their customers which very unacceptable! Also so hard to communicate with wellbots for there is no real person that you can call directly. It’s been a month that I kept going back and forth via email with this company and until they couldnt deliver at all what I exactly ordered from them. I am definitely frustrated and ... at this time coz my husband needs it before summer comes.
Pool Robot
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY POOL FOR A MONTH... CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE.. CHAT WORSE.. WASTE OF MONEY.. $1.00 IS OVER PRICED FOR THEIR PRODUCTS!! They DON'T WORK!!!
