A Review of Wet n Wild
I have been a long-time customer of Wet n Wild and I have consistently been impressed with their products. Their makeup is affordable yet high-quality and I love that they offer a wide range of shades for different skin tones. I especially love their eyeshadows and lipsticks. The pigmentation is great and they last all day. I also appreciate that they are cruelty-free and many of their products are vegan.
One thing I do wish was that they had more options for foundation shades. However, I am able to find a close match and their concealers work well to help me customize my shade.
I have also had great experiences with their customer service. Any time I have had a question or concern, they have been quick to respond and helpful.

Lipstick purchase
I just bought a lipstick from this brand and let me tell you, I am super impressed! The texture is so creamy and the color on my lips is an exact match to the shade in the tube. This lipstick stayed on for a long time without having to reapply too often, which is a major win for me. I am really happy with how great this product is.
Eyebrow pencil purchase
I finally found that eyebrow pencil I'm always looking for but can never find in stores. Got it on sale here. Ordering was a breeze, and my package arrived quickly and was well-protected. Really happy with my purchase and will definitely come back here when I need a refill on my pencil.
Little twin stars collection
I was super pumped when I snagged the Little Twin Stars collection right when it dropped, but man, it's been a real bummer. I never got a shipping notification, and was totally surprised to see that it was marked as delivered. I've been trying to get this sorted out for the past week, but the customer service folks have been no help at all. I shelled out a hundred bucks for this collection and other stuff, but it seems like they're just giving me the runaround with generic replies and automated messages. Pretty infuriating to think my hard-earned cash went to a company that couldn't care less about its customers.
Incorrectly advised model, no refund
I bought something not long ago and was told it was the wrong model. When I realized the mistake, I contacted customer service to get a refund or exchange for the right model. But they told me the model I wanted actually doesn't exist, even though it's on their website. Their lack of taking responsibility and not fixing the error made me really unhappy with how it all went down.
Makeup products
My shopping experience with this company has been a major letdown. I placed two orders a few days ago, but when I check my account to track them, there's no record of either order. I've reached out to customer service multiple times to sort this out, but it's still not fixed. The shipping is taking forever, especially since FedEx is delivering the packages. I haven't even gotten my orders yet, so I can't say anything about the product quality. Overall, the website and customer service have been disappointing, and I don't think I'll be shopping here again.
