The Ultimate Pet Supply Experience
I have been a client of Wild One for several months now and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with the company. From the moment I placed my first order, I knew that Wild One was a cut above the rest.

As a newbie dog owner, I messed up and got the wrong size harness and collar for my cute pup. When I tried to fix it through customer service, they told me they couldn't help because my order was from another country. I was pretty bummed about the lack of help, especially since I'm new to them. I won't be buying stuff from them again.
Collar and dog tag purchase
I just bought a collar and dog tag from this company, and let me tell you, I was really let down by the quality. The plastic/silicone collar started falling apart as soon as I tried putting the dog tag on. And not only that, the collar itself didn't last long - the holes got all black and ripped easily. And to top it all off, the dog tag was a goner before the collar even bit the dust, the font on it got all scratched up.
Harness, Leash, and Collar Set
I bought a harness, leash, and collar set from this company recently and I gotta say, I was super let down by the customer service. I really appreciate companies that go the extra mile for their customers, so it was a bummer to deal with reps who seemed more interested in sticking to strict rules and repeating stuff from their website FAQs instead of hearing me out and offering real solutions. There are so many small businesses out there that rock at customer service, so I just can't support a company that falls short like Wild One does. Customer relations should be a top priority for any business, and unfortunately, Wild One isn't cutting it in that department.
XL Collar Purchase
Oh my gosh, I bought this extra-large collar for my dog and it was a total fail. It had all these extra holes for adjusting the size, but nothing to hold it all together. So my poor pup had this huge piece sticking out that he could chew on or get tangled in. It was a disaster and didn't even look good on him. And when I reached out to customer service, they were absolutely no help. I feel like they're trying to do too much with this one collar and it's just not cutting it.
