Defective Product
I just bought something from this company and it ended up being messed up. I was bummed because it wasn't the best quality, and I didn't want to go through the trouble of sending it back. So, I called them up to let them know how frustrated I was. But, to my surprise, they gave me a refund right away, no questions asked. Now that's what I call great customer service! I couldn't believe how smoothly they handled everything. I'm really impressed and will for sure be a repeat customer in the future.
Solar balancer purchase
The customer service at this place is amazing. I recently snagged a solar balancer from them, thinking it would twirl beautifully in the sun. But, darn it, it wouldn't even move, even though it was sunny out. I got in touch with their customer service crew and they right away sent me a new one. Unfortunately, the new one had the same problem. But, guess what? They didn't throw in the towel. They gave me a full refund without any fuss. Now that's what I call awesome customer service!
ITS FREAKING GORGEOUS!
Alright, they got the insane level of beautiful products and its so tempting to buy everything . Its extremely beautiful and gorgeous . well the recent product that i bought was colourful metal peacock windspinner and i am totally loving it

Confusing and frustrating
I had a pretty bad experience with this company recently. My order got all messed up. They sent the wrong items, so the return process was a real pain. First, they told me to send stuff back to UPS, but then they sent me a FED EX label. That mix-up really bugged me and made me wonder if this company is even reliable. But, to be fair, they did promise to give me a full refund for all the trouble, which I'm thankful for. I'll have to wait and see if they actually follow through on that promise.
WHI Glass Floor Lamp
I was really disappointed with the WHI Glass Floor Lamp I got. The quality was not great - the metal was flimsy and the lamp was leaning to one side. On top of that, the toggle switch was already busted when I got it, so I couldn't even use it. Even though I bought it on sale, I definitely don't think it was worth the money. I wasn't looking forward to returning it either because packing it back up and sending it back seemed like a big hassle. The original packing was no good - had to practically destroy it to get the lamp out. And the shade wasn't even glass like it was supposed to be. All in all, this purchase was a major letdown.
Metal garden stakes
I recently bought a couple of metal bee & butterfly spinner garden stakes, thinking they would look awesome and spin well like they said on the website. But let me tell you, I was really let down by the quality of these things. They barely spun unless there was a hurricane blowing, and they just felt cheap overall. And get this, when I tried to leave a review sharing my disappointment, turns out only employees can leave reviews on their site. That got me thinking, all those positive reviews might not be legit. Deception is never cool, and I feel like I got played by the false info on the website.
Antiqued Metal Hanging Solar Light - Scalloped
The product I got was really disappointing. The first one arrived broken, and even the replacement was no better. The solar light is not hanging straight and looks cheap, like it came from China. I wanted to give it as a gift, but I just can't. On top of that, it's been over 2 weeks since I ordered the Holiday Glass and Metal Snowman Mobile and it still hasn't shown up. I've tried calling and emailing customer service several times, but no one's helping me out. It's frustrating and I'm not happy with them. I won't be shopping here again, even though I thought their stuff in the catalog was nice.
Misleading sale pricing
I recently bought something from this company because they were having a sale. But when I got my order, I saw that I was charged the full price instead of the sale price. I tried to email them right away to ask about it, but I couldn't find their email address on their website. Then I looked for return info on their website, but the link was broken. After finally getting ahold of customer service, they weren't very helpful and didn't care about the pricing mistake. This whole thing really annoyed me, and I won't be shopping with them again.
Compromised credit card purchase
So here's the deal - my wife's credit card got hacked, man. Someone used it to buy stuff at that store. I called customer service a couple times and chatted with some folks who were nice. They totally got where I was coming from and said they'd take care of finding those sketchy charges. But then, I never got that call back they promised, you know? Kinda let down since this is a pretty big deal.
Long wait, no item
I ordered something from this place and they told me it wasn't in stock after I already placed my order. They said I'd get it in two weeks but it just kept getting pushed back. After six weeks of waiting, I was getting impatient and asked about my stuff. When I requested a refund, they tried to offer me something else instead. But then they disappeared on me. Thank goodness for PayPal stepping in and saving the day with that refund.
Snowmen spinner for outdoor Christmas decoration
I was super pumped to get that snowmen spinner for my Christmas decorations outside. But man, was I bummed when I saw it didn't work like I hoped. The area on top is just too tiny for it to spin right, so it's basically useless as a decoration. I thought it'd be better quality, but it was a letdown with how poorly it functions.
Ordered a cool wind chime thingy
I ordered this really cool wind chime, but only got one piece in the first delivery! I had to wait forever for the second one and when I finally asked about it, they said they'd send it right away. Can you believe they were still selling it for cheaper online? And then they just straight up canceled my order! Like, what a bummer, dude. Not sure if I wanna shop there again.
Bulb Basket Christmas Gift
I bought a bulb basket as a Christmas gift in early December, hoping it would get to me by 12/11-12 before the person I was gifting it to went on their holiday travels. Unfortunately, Wind and Weather kept pushing back the shipment, which was frustrating and disappointing. When I reached out to customer service, I only got vague answers about why there was a delay and no clear timeline for when it would actually ship. This lack of communication and unreliable information makes me think poorly of their customer service. Because of all this, the gift didn't make it to the intended recipient on time, and it made me feel pretty disappointed with the whole shopping experience. Wind and Weather's lack of organization and concern for keeping customers happy has made me decide not to buy from them again in the future.
Outdoor solar lanterns
This company is ridiculous. Their website is all over the place. I couldn't log in with my usual password, so I had to keep resetting it because it kept saying it was wrong. What a waste of time! Then they hook you in with a big discount, only to hit you with a massive shipping and handling fee. It's a total scam. And let's not even talk about how they sneakily try to get you to order without showing you the full cost. When I tried to leave a bad review, they said they post all reviews but magically couldn't find mine. Such a bunch of junk. I'm done spending my time and money on this sneaky company.
