I recently bought some face masks from Wolf Project and had a bit of a mixed experience with them. The masks themselves worked well and lived up to my expectations, which was great. However, I did run into some problems with the shipping. It took longer than I thought for my order to show up, and on top of that, my bank hit me with an international transaction fee that I wasn't expecting. I live in the US and assumed I was dealing with a US company, so that kinda threw me off. But hey, despite all that, I really liked how the mask felt on my skin. It was super soothing and hydrating, which was perfect for my dry winter skin with all its lines and wrinkles. My only wish is that there was an option to warm up the mask for some extra relaxation. In the end, I see these masks more as a little luxury treat rather than something I'd use every day. The customer service team at Wolf Project was really on the ball though. They reached out to me multiple times to help sort out the issues with my order, and they even refunded that pesky international fee, which was a nice touch.

Eye masks for tired eyes
I wasn't too sure about giving these eye masks a shot at first, but I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by how well they worked. After using them only twice over the course of 10 days, I could totally see a difference in how tired my eyes looked. I can say with confidence that I've finally found something to help with my issue, all thanks to these eye masks. Two packages received without indication
After I ordered, I got two separate packages unexpectedly. The first one had the wrong stuff in it, so I emailed to ask what was up. But I never heard back. Then the next day, the rest of my order showed up in the second package.

I was kinda bummed at first when my order didn't show up when it was supposed to, but the customer service team hooked me up with a replacement order at no extra cost. I was really impressed with how on top of things they were and how they were willing to fix the issue right away. It's nice to see a company that actually sticks to their word, and I really appreciate the great customer service they gave me. Definitely recommend them.
Bought skincare products
Ever since I've started using these skincare products, folks keep assuming I'm younger than I really am. It's pretty amusing when they call me out for fibbing about my age - like, who would even do that? LOL! The products have such lovely scents, they're simple to use, and they show results in a jiffy. Can't ask for anything more!
Hydrating mask fantastic, clay mask disappointing
The hydrating mask from this place is amazing! It made my skin feel so hydrated and smooth. But man, that clay mask was a total letdown. It was just okay and putting it on was a pain. The instructions were confusing and didn't say anything about what I needed to watch out for. All in all, no changes in my pores, which was a bummer.
Face lotion purchase with bonus face cleanser
I recently bought some face lotion and got some really great service. When I placed my order, they told me that the lotion was out of stock, but they threw in a free face cleanser to make up for it. I thought that was super nice of them.
