    Wood selection and customer service

    The prices at Woodcraft might seem a little steep when you first check them out, but trust me, the quality of what you get and the amazing customer service totally make it worth it. I seriously can't get enough of their store because the people there are super nice, really know their stuff, and are always happy to assist you. And let me tell you, the selection of wood they have is so special and rare that you won't find it anywhere else, making every trip there a real treat.

    Track saw purchase

    I gotta tell you, I tried ordering a track saw from this place and it was a complete disaster! They told me it was in stock, but after waiting 4 days with no shipping info, I had to send them an email to see what was going on. Their response was so unhelpful, just said to call them. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, they said my order needed to be "verified." Like, what does that even mean? They already have my money, so why isn't my saw on its way to me? They promised to ship it on Friday, but that was another 4-day wait! The whole thing felt sketchy and like a scam if you ask me. I decided to cancel my order and ended up going to Rockler instead. Definitely not going back to that place again. There are much better spots to buy woodworking tools, where they actually treat you with respect!

    Router bits and sandpaper

    The way they handle inventory control here is just a joke. I had to put up with some really rude and discriminatory customer service people, and to add to that, the items I ordered were supposedly in stock but took a whole month to arrive. Then, when I called to check on my order, the person at the call center actually made some racist comments about my English skills. It was just really gross behavior.

    Bandsaw purchase

    I'm a bit frustrated with the experience I had when I purchased a bandsaw from this company's website. When I first ordered it, the site said it was in stock and would be shipped the next day. But then, after I made the purchase, the status changed to backorder. It was pretty annoying because I wasn't sure when I would actually get my bandsaw. I tried reaching out to customer service to get some clarity, but they told me the fraud department needed to contact me, which never happened. On top of that, I found out that another customer had been waiting for the same item for almost two months. It's disappointing that the website didn't have accurate info about the product's availability.

    Wow, that was such a bummer! I ordered some stuff but never got an email confirmation or any updates. And on top of that, some things were taken out of my order without even a heads up. It's just so frustrating!

    Dust collector and filtration system

    I bought a dust collector and filtration system on sale, but then found out they were on backorder after they already charged my credit card. The customer service team wasn't much help and gave me different answers. I ended up canceling my order, but was told I had to wait for a refund until they reached out to the vendors and got confirmation. It was a really irritating and disappointing experience.

    Wrong size item purchase

    I had a really bad experience at a woodworking store the other day. I thought I was buying the right size item but it ended up being the wrong one. I called ahead to make sure they had the correct one ready for me, but when my wife went to pick it up, they gave her the wrong size. When I tried to swap it at a different store, the manager wouldn't let me because they said it was a franchise. I've never heard of such a dumb rule and I definitely won't be going back there. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of that place.
