Fire pit purchase
The fire pit I bought is made right here in the USA, looks really sturdy, and even comes with a lifetime warranty. I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how well-made it is and knowing it has that lifetime warranty makes me feel good about my purchase. But, I was kinda let down by the lack of communication when it came to shipping it to me. Our driveway is pretty long, about half a mile, and we don't let vehicles in unless we know they're coming. It would have been nice to get some sort of update or tracking info to make sure the delivery went smoothly. The box got left on the other side of the gate, and it would have probably stayed there for days if I hadn't gone for a walk that way. All in all, I'm happy with the product, but I think they could definitely step up their game when it comes to keeping customers in the loop during the shipping process.
Montigo Delray 48" linear fireplace purchase
We just got ourselves a Montigo Delray 48" linear fireplace from a local company in Denver for our new place. But when the installers showed up, they realized it wasn't the right one for us. So, we did a quick search online and found Woodland Direct and Danny Landon. They had the correct unit in stock and ready to go in just 7 days. Danny was super professional and helpful every step of the way, making sure we got exactly what we needed. Our contractors finished the installation, and we're thrilled with how it turned out. Smart-Holder Saw Horse Review
My recent purchase of the Smart-Holder Saw Horse from Woodland Direct was pretty good. The product works great - I have no complaints after using it for a quick job. However, I did notice a difference between what was described on the website and what I actually received. The website said it was green and made in Sweden, but it arrived white and made in China. The color isn't a big deal, but the quality of steel and welds might be. Woodland Direct should make sure their website descriptions match the actual products to prevent any confusion or disappointment for customers.
Chimney liner kit
I needed to get a chimney liner kit and was looking it up online when I found this website. It had good info, but I still had some questions that I couldn't find answers to. So, I decided to contact their customer service for help. And let me tell you, the help I got was amazing. The guy, we'll call him Joe, was so helpful and really went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and helped me place my order quickly. It was nice talking to someone who really knew their stuff and actually cared about helping me out.
Ventfree gas logs purchase
I just bought some ventfree gas logs for my fireplace from Woodland Direct. During the whole process, me and my wife talked to this guy named Levi Rhanor, who is a tech sales rep. Levi was super chill and really knew his stuff, he answered all our questions and made us feel way more confident about our purchase. His awesome customer service and expertise definitely helped us decide to go for it. Now we're just excited for our new ventfree gas logs to get here!
Clay chimney pot purchase
I ordered this clay chimney pot thing and man, it was a mess. The delivery guys just dumped it on the street out of the blue, like it was garbage. I was so shocked when I saw it sitting there, no heads up or anything. And when I finally cracked it open, there were a ton of chips and the paint job was awful. It seriously looked like a kindergartener got a hold of it. I was really let down. But hey, they fixed it up in the end, so I guess that's something.
Overnighted parts for a time-sensitive job
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing customer service we received from the representative who helped us with getting some parts overnighted for a rush job. She really went the extra mile to make sure we got the parts we needed quickly so that we could keep working on our project without any interruptions. Got a cool electric fireplace insert
I got this really awesome electric fireplace insert that showed up fast, even though the box looked a little roughed up (shoutout to Fedex). Luckily, the inside was totally fine since it was double boxed! This fireplace is seriously high-quality and looks amazing. It came with all the extra parts for installation and the measurements were perfect. Setting it up was super easy and there are a ton of options for the flame color and size, so you can customize it however you want!
Gas fireplace troubleshooting and maintenance
Tom Pierce was amazing when it came to fixing the glitch with my gas fireplace pilot light. He kept me updated at every stage and even hooked me up with someone who could offer additional assistance. From start to finish, the whole crew, especially Tom, really went the extra mile. They took care of everything, from getting things up and running to handling deliveries and making sure I was happy.
Chimney cap purchase
The customer service I got from Woodland Direct was amazing. I had a problem with my chimney cap, and Garret from their team reached out quickly to fix it to my liking. As a contractor, it's great to know that the company backs their products and gives top-notch customer service. I'll definitely be telling others about Woodland Direct in the future.
Fire pit purchase
I just bought a fire pit from this website and it was just okay. The website was easy to use, but the product selection wasn't anything special. I was disappointed by the lack of detailed info about the company and the products. The customer reviews were a mixed bag, so it was tough to fully trust them. Overall, my experience was just average and nothing to write home about.
Insert for my fireplace
I got this insert for my fireplace, and at first, it wasn't working right. But after chatting with tech support and getting a replacement part, it's working perfectly now! The last part they sent arrived super fast, like the next day!
Bought two stoves, Gabrielle is awesome!
Gabrielle was amazing and so quick to answer all my questions. I bought two stoves from her and the whole thing was done in less than twenty minutes. And the best part was the fast free shipping! She even kept me in the loop about the shipping and delivery, which really made the whole experience even better. 😄🔥
