    Three items, one returned

    I just bought three things from this company. Got two of them super fast and they were great, but the third one just wasn't my style so I had to send it back. Overall, though, I was happy with the service and the quality of the stuff. It was nice that the website had accurate pictures, made it easier to pick out what I wanted.

    Assistance with sizing and delivery options

    I had a really great experience with the customer service rep I talked to at this company. I wasn't sure what size to get, and she was super patient and helped me figure it out. Not only was she helpful, but she was also really friendly and made the whole interaction enjoyable. Since I live far away, she even suggested a different delivery company to make sure I got my order easier. I can't remember her name, but her help really made a big difference for me.

    Green Arran cardigan

    I just bought this awesome green Arran cardigan and I'm seriously obsessed with it! The British wool used is top-notch quality, and I love that it was made right here in the UK instead of being some cheap import. The apple green color is gorgeous, especially with the cool cable pattern. And can we talk about the price? Only £49.99 for such a nice product is a steal. And to top it off, the shipping was free! I can't say enough good things about this company, I'm already thinking about getting another cardigan soon.

    Efficient and timely delivery

    I was so happy when my order arrived way ahead of schedule! I was thinking it wouldn't get here until after Christmas, but it came early.     Telephone ordering

    I wanted to share about my recent experience ordering over the phone. Even though there was a little issue with the computer system, the customer service was top-notch. The lady I talked to was super nice and got everything sorted out quickly. She even followed up with me just like she said she would, within 5 minutes. Now I can't wait for my stuff to get here and just wanted to give a shoutout to the awesome staff at this company for going above and beyond!

    Issue with lost parcel

    I ran into an issue with the Post Office when they lost my tracked return parcel. It seemed to be stranded in Bristol for three weeks and still no sign of movement. Even with this hiccup, Woolovers managed to keep tabs on my parcel's status (or lack thereof) and quickly refunded me. I'm grateful for their assistance during this ordeal. I've always been a big fan of their products and will continue to be a loyal customer.

    Long-sleeve sweater

    I just bought a long-sleeve sweater from this company I've been a fan of for a while. Usually, I love their stuff, but this time I wasn't too happy. The sweater was great, fit nicely and all that, but ordering it was a headache. The website was a mess to figure out and finding what I wanted was a pain. And on top of that, I couldn't even get my discount code to work. So yeah, not the best experience.

    Sheepskin slippers confusing sizing

    I gave customer service a call and spoke with Jack. He was super helpful and really understood my problem. He was really nice and took the time to help me figure out what size I needed. I couldn't find a shoe size chart in the magazine I was looking at, so I ended up buying the wrong size. The slippers weren't long enough and I was kind of disappointed. Other than that, the slippers were great and the price was reasonable.

    Cardigan ordered for disabled sister

    I just bought a cardigan from this company as a Christmas gift for my disabled sister. Sadly, it wasn't the right fit for her. I contacted customer service to see about swapping it for something better, but they said no because it was just three weeks past their exchange policy. As someone who's been a loyal customer and has referred others to this company, I was pretty disappointed by their response. It left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole experience.

    2 x Polo Neck Jumpers

    I received my order this morning and was surprised to find that both jumpers were made from quite different (wool) fibers and were of slightly different sizes. Had I only ordered one I jumper would not have been greatly concerned, but with two, I then looked more closely at the details. I found that one is made in China and one is made in Italy.

    I first purchased from WoolOvers a few years back when the products I bought were all made in Scotland, which I was very happy with and a reason for purchase. There was no difference in fibers or quality, either. I, rightly or wrongly, expected the same this time.

    I will not be returning the jumpers as they are both as described on the web page, but I am left feeling a little let down.

    I also think your star rating system should include a product "Quality" question.

    A jumper I ordered went missing. Woolovers promised to try and sort it out. Nothing happened. The next 3 emails sent by myself and my husband were ignored. I finally phoned to be told I would be refunded. No apology. Ok products, lousy customer service

    Crew neck jumpers

    As usual pleased with my jumpers but as I was under the impression that they were designed, sold AND made in the UK, I was very disappointed to find that they are made in China. At the present time I am not sure whether I will be ordering from you in the future.

    Super great collection

    i am so happy with the collections that they have. not just they hold the quality but the price is easy too. WOol overs are my fav for now on and i will strongly recommend this to try.
