Flea and tick preventative medication
I've had really good experiences with this company. I know some folks might have had some bad ones, but personally, I've found them to be a great option for getting common preventative pet meds without needing a prescription. At first, I accidentally ordered the generic HartGard for my dog. But when I got it and saw the generic package, I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful. They gave me a quick refund and even asked if I wanted the brand name med instead. Even though the big, crunchy tablet was a bit tough for my dog to swallow, I managed to get her to eat it by hiding it in chunks of cheddar cheese. Ever since then, I've been regularly ordering NexGard and HartGard every year from World Pet Express and have been really happy with the service, convenience, and savings. I think there are lots of other customers like me who are satisfied with their experience, but negative reviews tend to stand out more. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving World Pet Express a shot if you need pet meds without a prescription.
Heartgard Plus
Due to being able to order without prescription, I would 100% order from World Pet Express again. Price is reasonable as well.
But if you're ordering online, please call 888-798-9128 to confirm your order afterward! Mine was refunded for some reason without any notice, and I didn't receive an order confirmation email in the first place.
For shipping updates, calling is also your best bet to reach customer service. Their representatives were kind and actually helpful + updated.
After my second order went through, I received my package a week shy of 2 months. In the meantime, I called twice for shipping updates and both representatives told me accurate updates. Being an international shipping order that has to go through customs bc it wasn't prescribed, this is regular shipping time to USA. I will just ensure I refill this medication 2 months ahead of when my dog needs her Heartgard.Where do they ship from

I've been a loyal customer at this online pet pharmacy for over a year now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is that I always get real brand-name products, just with different packaging from Europe. I gotta say, my experience with buying Bravecto for my pets was way better than I expected. At first, I was a little nervous after hearing some negative stuff, but turns out it was all good. I got two confirmation emails, even though they didn't call to double-check my address like some people said. I didn't even get a tracking number, but I wasn't stressing about it. Today, I found the product in my mailbox and it was the real deal, not some knockoff like some folks were saying. It did take a few weeks to get here, but overall, I'm happy with the service and the product itself.

I got some dog stuff a while back, but now they're saying it's on back order. What's up with that? They can't even give me a straight answer about when it'll actually show up. Like, I paid for it, can't they just send it already? Plus, to make matters worse, their customer service is in the Philippines! I've called them three times and every time they've given me a different delivery date. It's all just a big old mess of lies! All I want is for my stuff to show up when they said it would. Is that really too much to ask for?

I recently bought Bravecto for my four dogs from an online pet store. I was kind of unsure at first because I saw some bad reviews, but I decided to try it out anyway. Turns out, the product showed up in just two weeks and was exactly what I wanted. Ordering was easy-peasy, and the website was a breeze to use. The prices were pretty good compared to other pet stores online that I looked at. All in all, I had a good experience and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
No worries for pet emergencies or sickness

Very happy with this company and website! I was skeptical because all the iffy reviews, and started to believe I was scammed out of $100. I kept my hopes up and sure enough, not even a month later I received my package! I’m very happy with the pricing, and that I can easily order online. A hugeeeeee Thank you to this company for not scamming me and fulfilling the order so fast, as well as responding to my email in less then 24 hours. Y’all are awesome!
Generic heartworm medication
I've been getting heartworm medication from this online pet store for a while now. Sometimes it takes a bit to arrive, but they always keep me in the loop about where my order is. Once it got stuck at the Canadian border (ugh, customs) since I'm in the U.S. I gave them a call, and they said, "No problem, we'll send you another right away." And they did! They really make you feel taken care of as a customer.
Revolution medication purchase
I just bought some Revolution meds for my furry friend, but they ended up sending me a generic brand instead. I tried to send it back, but they wouldn't take it and now I'm feeling pretty annoyed and suspicious. Overall, my interaction with this company was sketchy and untrustworthy, so I would definitely steer clear of them!

I can't believe the nerve of this company. I ordered a specific medication for my dog and paid full price, thinking I'd get the brand I picked. But instead, they sent me some generic brand I've never even heard of. How dare they take my money and send me something different! It feels like a total scam. And when I tried to talk to them about it, they wouldn't take any blame or try to fix it. This kind of business practice is not okay, and I want everyone to know about how deceitful they are.

This lack of transparency is sketchy and leaves customers feeling deceived and taken advantage of. My take? World Pet Express needs to shut down ASAP to protect folks from getting duped by their shady ways.

I gotta say, I am beyond disappointed with the service from this company. I've never dealt with such incompetence and lack of care for customers before. It's been more than 7 weeks of going back and forth, hearing excuses, and dealing with delays just to get my pup's meds. I've ordered from other international pet med places with no problems, but this one is a total mess. It seriously feels like a scam with how they handle orders and talk to customers. Do yourself a favor and find another place for your pet's meds.

This company is the worst! Dealing with them has been such a nightmare. I ended up getting the wrong product and when I asked for help, they were so unhelpful and brushed me off. They wouldn't even own up to their mistake or try to make things right. Now I'm out a hundred bucks.

I'm pretty frustrated with the service I've been getting from World Pet Express as a customer. Nowadays, online shopping is supposed to be smooth sailing, but that's definitely not been my experience here. It's been three weeks since I ordered my pet's meds, and I still haven't even gotten a notification that they've been shipped out. Not cool when my pet's health is on the line. In the meantime, my dog is missing out on what they need. I'd recommend avoiding this company and paying more for better service and peace of mind elsewhere.

I had the most frustrating time dealing with this pet supply company. To start, trying to place an order was a nightmare. I spent forever trying to figure out their website and locate what I was looking for. Customer service was a joke - couldn't get a hold of anyone to answer my questions about my order. Prices were outrageous for the low-quality products I got. And let's not even talk about the delivery - it took forever to show up, and when it finally did, the package was all beat up. I definitely won't be telling anyone to give this company a try.
yes, due to the coronavirus and short supply, this company was slow, but they came through within a month with my order and called me to explain the problem. I would use their services again. Responsible, helpful and polite.
