Chivas and Raul Jimenez Mexico jersey
I just received my Chivas and Raul Jimenez Mexico jerseys super fast, and they fit me really well, except for the Raul jersey number already starting to peel! Not cool, you know? It's like they rushed to make it or something because the number should have been pressed on better. I was so excited to finally get my jerseys, but seeing the peeling number really killed my excitement. Living in Canada, I was pleasantly surprised that my order arrived quicker than expected, which was great, but the disappointment with the peeling number overshadowed that. I really wish they would have made sure the jerseys were in perfect condition before sending them out. I placed my order back in November, both jerseys are size large, and I still have the tags on them if you want to verify. Oh, I did a guest checkout so I threw away the packaging and don't have the order number, but I can provide other details to prove it's mine if necessary. Also, I can't seem to find the email confirmation but can share my address if needed privately.

I finally got my custom jersey after waiting a whole month! Man, I was seriously freaking out at first because I didn't hear anything for weeks. But then I chatted with Nayeli from customer service and she was so cool, filled me in on everything I needed to know. Big props to David F. too, he was amazing! They both made sure my jersey was on its way and even sent a sweet note saying sorry for the delay. The customer service here is seriously top-notch and so dang friendly. Thanks a million for getting my jersey to me! Can't wait to rock it and show it off to all my buddies.

Recently purchased soccer jersey
I was seriously starting to lose hope because it felt like forever since I placed my order and it still hadn't shown up. The tracking number was no help at all, and the reviews online had me thinking I'd never get what I ordered. I finally had enough and sent a frustrated email to customer service, demanding my money back. But then, about an hour later, I got a response saying that my jersey was already on its way. I checked the mailbox, and there it was - my sweet victory!
