My 5th order
I've ordered from this company multiple times and I've always had a great experience! The beads are stunning and exactly what I wanted. The threads and leathers are high quality, the tools are strong, and the clasps are top-notch, especially the stainless steel ones. The only issue is the website itself, it could be easier to navigate as you can't select multiple filters from the same category, which can be a bit time-consuming with so many options. I usually choose SL EUR shipping and my orders arrive within 5 business days once sent out. Just be aware of possible duties and taxes for large orders shipped with a different carrier. Sometimes it takes a while to prepare your order; if something is out of stock, you'll need to email them to find out the delay, but they always respond within 24 hours, even on weekends. In that case, I usually just take out the missing item and they'll refund me, and returns are possible at a location in France with one of their suppliers.

Jewelry findings
I just bought some jewelry findings from this company and for the most part, they were fine. However, I had a really bad experience with the sterling silver earring hooks. They were so thin and delicate that they bent when I barely touched them. I contacted the company to ask for an exchange, but they wanted me to send a video showing the poor quality of the hooks. It was a strange request, but I did it anyways. Instead of admitting the problem, they said that the fragile hooks were normal because they were made of sterling silver. I've bought similar hooks from other companies that were much better, so I knew this wasn't right. I was really disappointed by the company's lack of transparency about their products and how dismissive they were when I reached out. I won't be buying from them again and I'd warn others about doing the same.
Beads purchase
I bought some beads from this company back in early December. But guess what? I never got the package! They told me it was passed off to the postal service, but when I checked with them, they were clueless. And on top of that mess, two months later my credit card got hacked and all my money was gone! Luckily the bank fixed it, but man, I am so let down by this company. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Capiz shells, UK delivery
Oh my gosh, I ordered a bunch of Capiz shells from this place and they arrived really fast and in perfect condition all the way in the UK! They were great at keeping in touch too. Definitely gonna order from them again!

Variety of beads
Shipped out very fast, the prices were great, USA postal service was bad, loved everything I ordered
June 3rd order
I bought something on June 3rd and I still haven't gotten it. I contacted customer service on June 15th, and they said it would be shipped soon. But as of June 22nd, it's still stuck in "packing" status on their website. I'm really disappointed and frustrated about this whole situation.
How long did it take for them to deliver? I ordered end of Feb and the status is still preparing!
