Well ,candle pots looks attractive..Not too much but fine.Very specialized shop know for colorful candles for lighting on good occasions .
Though I have not a good experience with this seller as I never purchased any product before.
But these days unlike millions of people who are preparing for Holy Christmas,visiting online shops for various need .
So I am here first time. In my views candles cost is on higher side ,may be due to my own reasons but this what I realized.Five candles in different sizes booked last week .I was dying to see physically why cost is so high.But when delivered I couldn't understand it.Even I liked them and no harm to purchase for such occasions.Purchased 2 personalized candles
OMG, I am so excited about the 2 big candles I just bought that I got to customize as gifts! They are seriously AMAZING! I am a huge fan of Yankee Candle, so I had a good feeling these were going to be awesome. And they did not disappoint! They arrived super quick, even earlier than I thought. The candles are absolutely perfect. One of them was for my friend's new house, and she literally cried when she saw it. She is completely obsessed with it. Thank you so much for creating such beautiful candles and for the amazing service!
Rainbow Cookie Candle
This company seriously knows how to make some sweet-smelling candles! Let me tell you about their Rainbow Cookie candle - it's like heaven in a jar, but can we talk about the mix-up with the macarons on the label? And don't even get me started on the Summer Scoop candle, it's all you need for those warm summer nights. But, and this is a big but, sometimes we run into problems with the quality, wicks burning funny, and the lack of fragrance. Just a heads up!
advent calendar for daughter
So my wife got this advent calendar for our daughter, but when it showed up, it was a mess! The box was beat up and looked like it had been tampered with. Then we opened it and, what do you know, the calendar was already opened and torn. We reached out for a replacement, but all they would give us was 30% off. Seriously? No thanks, we just wanted a refund. Their customer service was awful. Selling damaged goods as new is not okay. They should probably close up shop!
Midnight Magnolia candle
I was really excited about the Midnight Magnolia candle because it smelled amazing, but honestly, I was let down by how it performed. Like other people have mentioned, I had to keep trimming the wick every 15 minutes just to make sure the scent wasn't overpowering and messing with the air in my house. And then, when the candle got down to about an inch, the wick was gone and there was still so much wax left at the bottom of the jar that I couldn't even burn. It felt like a waste, especially for a candle that costs over $5. I won't be buying this one again.
Large candle purchase
I just bought this big ol' candle, and man, was I let down by how little it smelled! The whole buying and delivery part was fine - no issues there. But when it came to the actual candle, it just didn't cut it. I was hoping for this powerful, lingering scent to really spice up my room, but it just didn't deliver. Seems like over time, these candles have lost their magic touch, which is a bummer 'cause I used to be all about their cool, one-of-a-kind products.

Hey, just wanted to hop on here and tell you how thrilled I am with the Black Friday candle I bought recently. I figured I'd grab one since it was on sale and I also had that extra 20% off from the newsletter, and let me tell you, no regrets at all. The scents are amazing, and I was so happy to see they threw in some car fresheners too.
E-commerce order experience
My recent experience ordering from that online store was a real letdown. I placed my order, but it took forever to actually show up on my account, even though I already paid for it. I didn't even get a confirmation email, so I had to contact customer service for help. Finally, they told me my order was processed.<br>But then a few days later, I got an email saying there were delays with my order. And then, out of nowhere, another email came saying my order was canceled with no explanation. This whole situation is a mess, especially when you look at how bad their products are lately. They used to be so much better but now it's like they can't keep up with the competition.

Ugh, these candles are totally scentless! I swear I could find a better-smelling candle at the dollar store for way cheaper. What a total rip-off!
Custom candle order
So, here's the deal - I recently ordered these cool personalized candles from this company. But guess what? My package got stuck in customs, and then UPS hit me up asking for more paperwork - weird, right? Then, I get another email saying I need to drop an extra 53.14 euros for taxes and other junk. I was not happy about that, let me tell you. I called up customer service at the company for some answers, but all they said was it was a surprise cost and I'd get my money back later. They suggested I could refuse the package, but these candles were supposed to be Christmas gifts, so no way! Now, I'm on pins and needles waiting for this dang package to come tomorrow, keeping my fingers crossed I actually get my money back. I'm not holding my breath, though. They better come through for me, that's for sure! This whole thing has been a major letdown, no doubt about it.
Online purchase with misleading promotion
I just bought something online and they said I'd get a free gift if I spent a certain amount. But then I got an email saying I wouldn't be getting the free gift with no explanation or apology. That's just not cool customer service. And when I tried to buy something else on the site, they were still advertising the free gift with a minimum spend. That's just shady marketing and not a good way to get customers. I'm thinking about what to do next to deal with this unethical behavior.
Broken birthday candle
I just bought a birthday candle, and it arrived all broken up. I've been dealing with a customer service rep named Mehraj for a week now. It seems like they're hung up on the delivery, but the main problem is the smashed candle itself. I'm really mad and starting to doubt how much this company really cares about its customers. I've been shopping with them for three years now, and I've never had this much trouble getting an issue fixed.

So I recently bought a custom candle from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. They shipped it through UPS, and I was surprised to see that they didn't even bother wrapping the glass candle properly with bubble wrap. On top of that, despite promising it in 3-5 days, the delivery took a whopping 15 days. And guess what? When I finally got it, the candle was completely shattered. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but now I have to explain to the person receiving it why it's broken. They offered me a refund, but it doesn't make up for the inconvenience and embarrassment of the whole situation. This company's lack of care and professionalism really disappointed me.

I was a faithful customer of those candles for so long, but lately they just haven't been the same. They used to make my whole room smell amazing, but now I can barely even catch a whiff, even when it's right there in front of me. It's really a bummer to see a brand I loved so much start slipping like this. And don't even get me started on the wick - it's a total mess, make sure to never leave it alone no matter how well you trim it!

I just bought this candle that was supposed to smell like fruit, but I was totally let down. The glass got way too hot and I was worried it was gonna start a fire in my house. Good thing I checked on it, otherwise my furniture would have been toast.

Oh my gosh, you guys, I just gotta say I'm super bummed about this candle I bought recently. The customer service was awful - their AI is so annoying, how can they think it's cool to make customers chat with a robot? Ever since this Kittridge person took over, things have been going downhill fast. And now with this Newell guy, it's just too much. They used to have amazing candles, but now they're just like the ones at Walmart, only way more expensive. Like, what's the point, seriously? And don't even get me started on their main store - it's a disaster! No respect for the building or the brand, they're just in it for the money. Ugh, such a major letdown.
