Personalized gifts and photo products
YesCustom is amazing! They have so many personalized gifts and photo products to choose from. I've been shopping there for a while now and I've never been let down by their selection. They have everything from t-shirts to bags to jewelry. I always tell people about this site when they need unique gift ideas, whether it's for new parents or photographers wanting to sell their work on cool stuff. The quality of their products always blows me away and their customer service is top-notch.
Custom T-shirt
I just bought a custom T-shirt from this website and I gotta say, I'm really happy with my purchase. The fabric quality is top-notch and it's super comfy to wear. The size of the shirt fits me just right, like I thought it would. I also really liked all the cool designs they had on the website, it was tough to pick just one. Overall, I had a great experience with this website and I'd definitely think about buying from them again down the road.
Personalized shirts
I'm so happy with the personalized shirts I bought recently! The fabric is really great quality and the customization came out just the way I wanted. Custom t-shirt purchase
I recently bought a custom t-shirt and was surprised to find out it was coming from China, even though the website didn't mention that. It was supposed to arrive in 4-10 business days, but it actually took 4 weeks. I also got hit with an extra fee of about $30 because it came from China. Normally, I'd give it 3 stars, but their customer service was top-notch. They were really friendly and even offered to pay half of the fee. The t-shirt and print quality were awesome though, no complaints there.
Personalized gifts order
I was really disappointed with the delayed delivery of my personalized gifts from YesCustom. They originally said it would be there by Christmas, but I didn't get them until 12/23 because they weren't giving good updates or communicating well. Their customer service was pretty bad too. I had to bug them multiple times before finally hearing back.
Pajamas
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The item I ordered was received after Christmas. Once I received the item the quality was HORRIBLE! No one I know would wear this ...! This company is out of China! Horrible customer service! Do not purchase from this company! HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Custom print PJs
I placed an order 12/10 for custom PJs as a Christmas gift. I paid an additional $3.99 for VIP handling to ensure it would arrive by Christmas. I received the confirmation the order was placed, and it said I would be notified when the item shipped. By January 2nd I still had not received my order or any other communication from the company. I contacted their customer service department. The following day the produce was delivered via USPS. I also received an email that same day with proof of delivery. I replied back stating I was not at all happy with the service, especially since I paid extra for priority service to ensure a Christmas delivery. This morning I received this email:

The VIP is not for delivery as well.

Absolutely HORRIFIC experience with this company. They delayed my package by two weeks. They only shipped it out AFTER I asked for a refund. I finally get my order today, after placing the order almost a month ago and it's not even the full order! Trash company, trash customer service who are useless, and a ... SCAM! Never spend your money here. If you've placed an order, put in a claim with your bank now for a refund because these jackholes won't give you one. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.
Socks
This is made in China and ships from China. Do not expect this to arrive anytime soon. Placed my order on December 2 and I had to follow-up on December 16. This is not arriving for Christmas. Do not order from here.

I never received my order. No way to contact someone to track the status of my order. I will be reporting to BBB
