Excellent Products and Service
I have been a client of Yummie for quite some time now and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with their products and service.
Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for me to find exactly what I am looking for. Their selection of shapewear and lounge wear is vast and diverse, catering to all body types and sizes. I appreciate that they offer a wide range of colors and styles, so I never feel limited in my choices.
The quality of their products is top-notch. I have purchased several items from them and have never been disappointed with the construction or durability of any of them. They hold up well in the wash and have retained their shape and form.
Their customer service is also exceptional. I had a question about sizing and their team was quick to respond and offer helpful advice. They also have a great return policy, which is a huge plus for me as an online shopper.

The seamless panties I bought were not what I expected. Even though I got the right size, they turned out way too small, especially in the crotch area. The quality wasn't that great, and I was bummed about how they fit and felt. Plus, not being able to return them was a real headache since I splurged on a few pairs that were now useless. Dealing with customer service wasn't the best, so I don't think I'd suggest this company to anyone.
Non-Shaping Camisole - Seamless - Black / L
Oh man, it was a total disaster! So I bought 6 of these camisoles back in December 2023, right? And after only washing one time, the straps straight up tore in half! I tried to get in touch with the company for some help, but they were ghosting me. I had to take it up with PayPal to get things straightened out. Like seriously, why is Yummie still selling this junk knowing it's falling apart on people? I'm definitely never buying from them again. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this brand!
Issue with return and refund
Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service at that place. I had to return something and they said no refund, which was a bummer but I get it. Then I asked them to just send me back what I paid for, but they totally ignored my emails every time. And there's no phone number to call and talk to someone directly, so I'm just left feeling ripped off and super frustrated. I've bought stuff from lots of different places over the years and never been treated so poorly before.
