Quick and efficient warranty part replacement
I was really impressed with the quick and efficient service I got from the company. They checked out my grill, figured out what parts were needed for the repair, and then sent out the warranty parts super fast. I appreciated the texts and emails keeping me updated, and I was pleasantly surprised to have my grill fixed with new parts in just 2 weeks. I sell various brands at my business, and I can say with confidence that this company is the best to work with. Big thanks to the company and staff for the top-notch service!
450B smoker grill purchase
I just entered the realm of smoker grills and settled on the 450B model. It's the perfect size for what I was looking for. Delivery was quick and straight from the company. Putting it together was easy and the controller features really impressed me. Compared to my friends' grills, this one has way better temperature control. I love being able to pick out my own pellets for different smoke flavors, it's made for some incredible dishes. This grill has been the best bang for my buck, hands down.
Pellet grill purchase
After doing a bunch of research and getting a good word from a buddy, I went ahead and bought a pellet grill about a year ago. I went with one that promised consistent temperature and easy clean-up, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with my choice. This grill has been great, it keeps the temperature in check and even has a second probe for accuracy. It's tough and easy to take care of, making it a solid pick for anyone looking for a dependable pellet grill.
Replacement part received at no charge
I needed a new part for my grill since I use it so much. I was ready to buy the part, but then they sent it to me for free! Their customer service was amazing and now I'm a loyal customer. I have two grills now, one bigger than the other, and I really enjoy using them. One of the things I love about these grills is how well they control the temperature. Whether I'm grilling a steak or smoking ribs, I know I can rely on my grills to give me great results.
550B grill
I really love my 550B grill! It's top-notch quality and the food always comes out amazing. I've learned that following the right shutdown and startup sequence is super important to prevent any problems. And keeping up with regular maintenance, like cleaning out the ash from the firebox, has helped me keep it in great shape. I'm excited to cook a Turkey for our church's Thanksgiving dinner this weekend using my grill.
Smoker purchase
I got a smoker from this one place back in June, but come July or August, I started seeing some rust on the handle, drip pan, and pellet pot. Not only that, the cover is coming apart too. I reached out to customer service but still haven't gotten the replacement parts I need. I always take care of my stuff, so I'm pretty bummed about the poor quality of this product.
ZPG700C Pellet Grill
I just bought the ZPG700C Pellet Grill, but it started having trouble keeping the right temperature. Luckily, the customer service folks were super helpful and quick to send me the parts I needed. Shoutout to Alice from customer service - she got my grill back up and running in no time! I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how they took care of me. Definitely gonna keep Z Grills in mind for my next grill purchase.

7002B grill, 3 months, smoke flavor, cleaning, ash, pellets, great grill
I've had this grill for about 3 months now and it's been awesome. I love that smoky flavor it gives to my food. Cleaning it up is pretty easy, just gotta make sure to get rid of all the ash and use those pellets. Overall, it's been a great grill.
Pellet smoker purchase
I just got this pellet smoker from that store, but when it arrived, I saw that the main cooking drum was all bent out of shape where the lid should fit. That's not good cause it'll mess with the temperature when I'm cooking, and that's a bummer considering how much I paid for it. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and phone a bunch of times, but no one's gotten back to me or offered any help. It's really disappointing and frustrating that they're not being responsive or available to assist me.
