Amazon, flip flops
I wasn't sure about buying from this company at first because of some bad reviews, but they had the flip flops I wanted in the right color and size, so I decided to go for it. I logged in with my Amazon account to make things easier and went ahead with the purchase. To my surprise, I got an email right away from the company confirming my order, followed by another email from Amazon confirming the payment. The next day, I got a notification from the company about the shipment with the delivery date and tracking info. I was impressed with how fast and clear they were in communicating. When the shoes arrived, they were brand new and just as described. I was so happy with my first order that I bought a second pair. The company wasted no time in sending them out, and once again, the shoes arrived in perfect condition in just a couple of days. Overall, I had a really good experience with them and I'll definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.
Shoes
Zappos is definitely my go-to online retailer. I have my doubts about Trustpilot though. Sometimes they're right about calling out bad websites, but they also seem to give great sites a hard time for just a few mistakes. To be safe, I usually order stuff through Amazon. I already know what size shoes I wear, so it's easy to get them with free shipping in just 2 days. No stress. I can't really comment on their customer service since I've never had any problems or returns. Plus, they don't pull that sneaky move of putting multiple charges on my credit card like some other online stores. After thinking it over, I still feel good about my first review, but I understand that others might have had different experiences. Hopefully, the company takes all feedback to heart and keeps up the good work.
Shoes, fast delivery
I enjoy ordering from this place because they always have my shoes in stock and they come really quickly. The returns are simple too, just in case they don't fit. I don't understand why some folks leave negative reviews because my experiences with ordering and delivery have always been positive. I never have to wait too long for my shoes, and that's really important to me. Also, they offer a great selection to choose from. I definitely plan on continuing to buy my shoes from here.

Zappos products are amazing! I've been really impressed with the quality of the shoes I've bought from there. Whether it's sneakers or boots, every pair has been even better than I expected. Plus, I had a question for customer service and they got back to me super fast. The reps really know their stuff and are great at helping out. The prices are reasonable for the amazing shoes you get. I definitely suggest checking them out for any shoes you need.

I don't get why there are so many negative reviews, but I have to say I disagree. In my opinion, this company is really great. They have a solid product selection, their customer service is always spot-on, and my order arrived quicker than I thought it would. I'm not sure what else you could want.
Women's Oofos, light blue, size 7
I just bought a pair of women's Oofos in light blue, size 7 from this company. However, when the first two boxes arrived, they had the wrong size and color. I called customer service and managed to get it exchanged, but they sent me the wrong pair again. This happened a third time, and they said they couldn't do another exchange because of their policy. I had to go to UPS three times to return the wrong items, which was a total hassle. Overall, I was really let down by their lack of attention to detail in getting my order right.
