I ordered a pair of sandals and obviously chose a size 8, which is what I normally wear. The sandals were lovely but too big. Was told that it cost the company a lot to send them to me and there was nothing they could do. I won't ever buy shoes online again.

Shoes are too big and hurt my toes also so want to return them please. Please respond to this or call on 0400251818. If I cannot return them for a refund I will not order again and will tell others not to as well. I see in the reviews someone has tried to be in touch and had no response.
