I just had to send back this product to the company. The whole process went pretty well, and the delivery guy was quick to pick it up. But now, I'm having some trouble getting my refund. I've been following up with them a bunch of times, but I still haven't gotten my money back. This lack of clarity and the long wait for my refund has really got me feeling annoyed and let down by the whole experience.

Unreceived order, no refund
I ordered something a month ago and still haven't received it, even after reaching out multiple times. The customer service has been terrible with little communication. I feel like I've been cheated and I'm really disappointed.
Unreliable delivery service
I just bought some stuff and man, the delivery was a nightmare. They never brought two of the things I ordered, and even after buggin' them multiple times, it's been a whole month with no solution. Their customer service is totally MIA and this whole thing has been a real pain. Nope, definitely won't be buying from them ever again.
Lingerie set
I bought this lingerie set online and it was seriously disappointing. The material was cheap and flimsy, and it didn't even fit right. On top of that, the delivery took forever, which was so annoying. And after just a few weeks of wearing it, one of the pieces started falling apart. It was a total letdown.
Bra purchase
My new bra took forever to arrive! It was super annoying and threw off my plans. I just wish they'd give us a heads up on when things are actually gonna show up.
