Invitations, thank you cards, used Zola for our wedding website.
My husband and I used Zola all throughout our wedding planning process, and it was great. They were there every step of the way. During COVID, they had helpful tips about what to do. Creating our website was very user friendly, too! I love the RSVP section! We ordered our invitations from Zola, and I forgot to add the free address labeling, and they really helped us out by giving us a partial refund and a credit to use. They were attentive through the entire process, and we really appreciate everything they did to make this process easier for us.
Used a cash registry
I tried using this website for my cash registry. It was a little confusing at first to find my gift tracker since I had to use a special URL instead of just going to the regular site. But, at least I was able to transfer all my money to my account eventually. I've heard some not-so-great things about using this site for other things like cards and gifts, but for cash, it worked pretty well for me. I didn't have to give away a big chunk of my gifts to fees or anything, so that was nice.

I had a typo on my street address, emailed Zola customer service, item already shipped, but I received the items I ordered. There was a correction address tag on the package. Not sure if the carrier made the correction or Zola Customer Service made the correction with the carrier, but I received my order on time. Thank you
Black Friday order
This company is a total scam. I ordered stuff on Black Friday and still haven't gotten it. They kept changing the delivery date, which just made me mad and bummed out. It seems like they don't even have what I bought, but they still took my money. Now I gotta go buy the stuff somewhere else, and I gotta pay full price because of how bad they messed up. Seriously, steer clear of this company.
Cash gifting for a wedding
I just used this platform to send money as a wedding gift to a friend, but their website got hacked and the money was stolen. I tried asking about their security, but they never got back to me or owned up to what happened. It was really frustrating and now I'm worried about how safe my info is on there.

Oh my gosh, Zola was seriously the worst! I was so excited because I could add things from all over the internet to my wedding registry, but then boom! Everything ended up being from Zola and half of it was missing. The fancy gadgets my guests got me, like the Dyson vacuum and blender? Complete disappointments. And let's not even talk about the rug that arrived with stains on it. Gross. I feel like they're probably selling items that were returned because they were faulty. Definitely not cool.
Wedding registry items
I got a bunch of stuff from the wedding registry, but man, I was so let down by the quality and how everything was delivered. Out of the six things I ordered, three still haven't shown up. And the stuff that did get here were all beat up - boxes crushed, one even had holes from a forklift. Seemed like some of the items were from different sellers, not the original ones. Trying to reach out to customer service was a nightmare. Check out the registry, just be sure to buy straight from the company rather than going through their service. You might even score better prices that way!
Wedding gift cast iron skillet
I bought a cast iron skillet online as a wedding gift for a friend, and when it came, it was all messed up in a damaged box. I tried to talk to customer service about it, but they didn't even seem to care or try to fix the problem. I was bummed out by how they handled the situation.
Wedding registry experience
I was really disappointed with the customer service at this place. They never answer their phone or emails, and it's super frustrating trying to get anything sorted out. Choosing them for my daughter's wedding registry was a mistake – it's just been so stressful and annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this service.
Wedding live-streaming service
Zola might be good for big events, but if you want a cozy live-streaming experience for your wedding, you might want to check out other options. Even though we paid extra for the service, the live-stream didn't work, so our older family members and friends couldn't join in remotely. The Zola support team couldn't fix the problem, so our special day was filled with disappointment and frustration. Do yourself a favor and have your tech-savvy cousin set up something more dependable.
White Fox Clothing Sets
I just bought two sets of white fox clothing from an online store. Everything seemed fine until I got a weird email from a different company saying I signed up for their services with a fake invoice attached. What?! It wasn't mentioned anywhere when I was checking out on the first website. Then they had the nerve to charge me over $100 for stuff that was way cheaper on the original site. I even have screenshots of my chat with their customer service, which didn't help at all. It's messed up how they're getting away with treating customers like this!

I joined this website and everything was going well until they randomly kicked me off. It felt like being kicked out of your own club meeting, haha! Definitely wouldn't recommend signing up with them, they'll boot you too. I didn't do anything wrong, I'm a total girl boss!
Cash gift transfer issues
I gotta tell you, I had the most frustrating time trying to transfer out these cash gifts over $1000 from this platform. I tried so many times, and even spent three whole days on the phone with customer service, but the problem still isn't fixed. Every time I called, they gave me a different excuse for why it wasn't working, and it just felt like I was going in circles. It was a total nightmare and now I'm just feeling so fed up and like there's no solution in sight.
Wedding Registry Items
My experience with the wedding registry on this platform was a total letdown. The registry function seemed super outdated and not easy to use at all. It didn't connect right with other stores, which was confusing and annoying. Plus, it messed up bringing back info on what we bought to Zola, so keeping track of our registry items was a hassle. The address part was a mess too, we weren't even sure if our packages would end up at the right place. And don't even get me started on the customer support - sometimes it took forever to hear back, if we heard back at all.
Do not use this company!! They messed my Daughters wedding invitations up and refused to fix ,and didn't notify us until weeks later via email, given her less than 2 months, to find someone else. This is horrible Customer Service. l
