I had made a purchase at end of January. The dress I ordered was not the dress I received. It was supposed to be a cotton dress, what I received was a cheap spandex material that looked like something you would purchase from the dollar store. I emailed the COMPANY explaining that NO response THEN i went ON Facebook and i found this HELP INFO OF THE COMPANY THE customer service is the BEST I have ever seen in my entire life THE PROVIDE me the SHIPPING LABEL AND MY GREEN DOLLAR WAS DEPOSITED INFO MY ACCOUNT. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE DRESS FROM THIS COMPANY AWFUL CLOTHING STOREContact BBB. I always do and get my refund this way.

It's a ripoff ripoff ripoff. Horrible quality, not anything like photos, non-existent customer service and don't even THINK about returns; that doesn't happen.Garbage, gross misrepresentation! Don't do business with the company! A total waste of money!
I’m following your instructions for reporting this company. I learned a ver expensive lesson having purchased from this company. I just donated every item I purchased to the homeless. (And feel guilty cause it’s junk)
I ordered 2 darling pair of slip on shoes from this company and a t-shirt. The first pair of shoes arrived and were way too big. I reported this to the company and the response was that if I wanted to return them I would have to send them back to China. I wanted to wait until my order was complete before I made a decision. They did offer a 15% refund if I wanted to keep the item. Well the second part of the order arrived and of course the shoes did not fit. I have requested the 15% refund on those shoes also. I will keep the t-shirt, but it is not nearly the quality of other items I have ordered from other on line locations. I will not order from this company again and was surprised that they are not on YELP for complaints.

I would not wear the dress they sent me to the bathroom. Material cheap. Size is wrong. Color and print were different than the picture. Style was not as advertised. Why is this company allowed to lie about their return system? It is only a big scam.
The worse online purchase I made! Every shirt was garbage. Using them as rags.
I wish i read these reviews first. The quality of construction, fabric, and print is the lowest I've every seen. I ordered 10 items and returned 8.
I ordered three tops, came very quickly, but the size small was very small, plus two did not look at all like the webpage, I'm trying to return these, hope it goes smoothly, If I have to return to China, I'll donate them. This company has a twin called Noracora... exact same merchandise, and the exact same crappy customer experiences. Note to self: Read reviews of the company before purchasing anything.

Try returning something. Typed in my correct email and the order number at least five times and each time the response wa that there was no match. Tried doing a live chat as suggested and unable to find. Total scam company, don't buy anything form them.
Thankfully, I ordered two tops. I was going to order more, but decided to get these two first and see how it went. I received the package timely, but the quality if poor at best. I ordered a medium top, that i believed was a sweatshirt, it was super large and appeared to be a picture that was taken from a really nice sweatshirt sold elsewhere and copied on bad material of some sort. the other fit fine, but again, looks like a photo copy of something really nice and just basically something i would wear to clean the house. Very disappointed!
Bait and switch. That should be ZoLucky's tagline. Order from a picture of a great pair of boots. Unpack garbage -- with no structure. Plastic instead of leather. Returning? -- they gave me an address in Vietnam!! Do not order from this site -- unless you are in Viet Nam and can easily return the product. No, not even then.
Order two xxl shirts and a sweatshirt for my wife’s anniversary one month ahead of time. They arrived two weeks late appeared to be size xs. The sweatshirt was made from a t-shirt material. Return process is not worth the aggravation of not getting all my money back. China is going to rule the world using our money ???? they won’t have to invade just send us COVID laced clothing and masks ????

I bought a shirt from them a few years ago. What they sent looked like what some kid had drawn it with his left hand. What a joke! then I tried to return it, NOPE, they wouldn't let me or give me my money back. It's a scam, and they make a couple bucks on 150K unsuspecting people a month... it's a well-oiled machine and some schmuck in Taiwan or ? lives in a Penthouse, and the crazy part is our Gov't allows it to happen.
t-shirts
Several of the shirts didn't look at all like the items that were ordered. They also stated that they were cotton. The label on the shirt said cotton, but didn't give a percentage. The feel of the fabric would indicate that there was less than 1% cotton. 2 of the shirts were fine and felt like cotton, all though they were slight see thru. Return is a joke. They do not provide return, you have pay to send it back to China. Even though ordering was easy, pricing was good, and even the customer service when we wanted to return items was fast responding; the fact that they don't provide postage for return is crazy. Overall I don't plan to order from them again.
Recent clothing purchase
I recently bought this really cute top and these super cozy cloud pants from Zolucky. I was so happy with how nice they looked and felt when they arrived. But, I messed up on the sizes and had to send them back to get smaller ones. The top ended up being way too big, and the pants were just slightly off. Even with that hiccup, I don't regret buying them at all because they are both so comfy and great quality. I especially love the cloud pants because they are so soft and warm, perfect for the cold New England weather.
Tee with "I Can Drive Stick" artwork for Halloween
I just bought this cool Tee with "I Can Drive Stick" on it for Halloween from this store, and let me tell ya, I am really happy with how everything went down. My daughter moved to England last year and before she took off, I showed her how to drive a manual transmission. When I saw this Tee, all those memories came rushing back and I just had to have it. It was awesome that the store ships to the UK, so that made it super easy to order. And the price was good too, so all in all, I got a great deal.
Shirt
Before I bought the shirt, I really wished I had more details about it first. I was curious about what it was made out of and how the sizing worked. When the shirt arrived, I liked how it looked, but it wasn't what I thought. Instead of cotton or a cotton mix, it was actually some kind of nylon material. And the medium size I chose was way too big for me. If I had known it was nylon, I definitely would have chosen a different shirt.
Clothing items
Ordering from Zolucky was kind of annoying because every time I tried to place my order on my iPhone, the website would freeze. But, I was actually happy when I saw an extra item in my cart by mistake. The customer service team was great and they fixed the issue right away for me. I really liked how quickly they helped me out. It would be even better if they can fix the website bugs so that buying stuff on your phone is easier for all customers.
Casual clothes purchase
The clothes at Zolucky are amazing! I was so impressed by all the styles and designs they offer, and to top it off, the prices were super reasonable. I usually have a hard time finding my size when I shop online, but everything I ordered fit me perfectly from Zolucky. I usually like trying things on in person, but now I'm totally open to shopping online more often, thanks to Zolucky. Overall, this experience was a winner for me, despite my doubts at first.
Cute and affordable clothes
I really love shopping at this store! I've found a bunch of really cute and trendy clothes here, and the prices totally work with my budget. I mean, I'm not splurging on designer stuff, but I'm not looking for that either. The quality is pretty good for what I'm paying, and I've been super happy with everything I've bought. I even get compliments on my outfits and I love bragging to my friends about where I scored them from!

Several tops and capris
I just received part of my order from Zolucky. I did receive several update emails saying the order was still being processed so I was surprised when some of it arrived. Package was fine however the quality of the products was not close to what the pictures looked like. And the sizes are way off. I wear a small and the small was more like a large medium. Now I have to do the return hassle. Lesson learned never again.
Cool clothes
I was really pumped when my package showed up! It's tough for me to get to stores because of my disability, so shopping online is a total game-changer. The clothes I got were just what I was looking for and they fit like a glove. I had a blast picking out new outfits and I'm already looking forward to my next shopping spree!
Sizing confusion
The sizing on these items is so inconsistent! I ordered mediums, but they were way too small. I had to exchange them for larges. It would really help if they gave us the sizing details upfront for each item. It would save us customers from having to do all the guesswork and research.
First-time customer experience
My first time shopping here was great! The website was easy to use, and I liked that I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm happy with what I ended up getting. Hopefully, the products turn out to be just as good as I'm hoping for as a first-timer.
Clearance clothes
I really liked their affordable clothes because they were great quality. I wanted to give them a 5-star rating, but I had $15 in credits missing. I sent back some tops and never got one in return. My order is still pending even though they said they were out of stock.

I just bought some clothes from this website and I gotta say, I was really happy with what I got. The site was super easy to use, and I had a blast checking out all the new styles and colors they had. The only bummer was that the delivery wasn't super fast, but it wasn't too bad and definitely worth it in the end.
Holiday top and pants
I wasn't too sure about ordering this holiday top and pants at first because I didn't know if they'd show up in time for all the Christmas parties. But, I gotta say, they got here early and I got so many compliments on 'em at the parties! They fit pretty well, but I wish the pants were more like leggings. I haven't washed them yet, but the tags say they're good to go in the wash.
Small boots received
I was really disappointed with the boots I got. They were smaller than I thought they'd be, and the shoelaces were cheap. I definitely wasn't happy with what I bought.
Tops
I would never order anything from this company again. The worst customer service! Once you have made you're payment, before receiving the merchandise, you will never hear from them again. I was not satisfied with the material that the tops were made out of and requested to send my order(s) back. However, that was the end of the communication. I tried repeatedly to get the company to respond and I never received any response. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
1 pair of shoes and 2 blouses
I bought 3 items directly from their website, and when I tried to return 2 of them, I could start the process for the return and it says they will send me information within 48 hrs as to how to proceed and where to send it. I've never heard back from them. I tried different ways to reach them, via many emails, via their chat support, and via a third party agency, and was never even been contacted not even answering the chat box. Completely awful customer service and not serious nor responsible with their commitment to facilitate returns. The 30 days return window is now over just because they never send me the information as to how or where to return the items, so I'm stuck with them and no refund.
Zolucky is absolute garbage!
Zolucky is absolute garbage!! They show you photos of clothes then send completely different items. When I contacted them to arrange for a return, they said I would be responsible for shipping to China and it would cost me more in shipping than the clothes cost. What they do should be illegal. Ordered sterling silver earrings that were actually made of plastic. Amazing :(
