    I just did some online shopping without checking out any reviews first, and I gotta say, it was actually a pretty great experience! I placed my order on December 13th, even though I was a little worried after reading some not-so-great reviews about the company. But my package showed up on December 15th, right on time, thanks to a reliable courier service. The whole transaction went smoothly and I got exactly what I ordered. I'm happy with the service I got and I'll definitely order from them again in the future. I feel like I can trust them to come through, so consider me one satisfied customer!

    My recent experience with trying to buy something online totally sucked. So, I was trying to order this thing, right? And then the company was like "Hold up, we think this might be fraud because it's your first time ordering." They said I had to pay with a wire transfer instead of using my card, which seemed super sketchy and made me really uneasy. I mean, sending money without the security of a credit card just didn't sit right with me at all. It was a major red flag.

    I recently tried to buy some boots online, but I ran into a bunch of issues that made it a pretty bad experience.     Man, I was really looking forward to my order arriving from that online store, but then they hit me with the news that they couldn't send it because they were all out of stock! Seriously, what's the deal with running an online store if you can't keep track of what you have? It was such a letdown and now I'm just irritated that I spent my money and time on that site.

    False advertising scam

    This company is such a scam. I bought something from their website and they ended up canceling my order 5 days later. They already charged me for it, too. When I tried reaching out to customer service, it was just one excuse after the other. We went back and forth with emails, but all they could offer was a measly 20% off code to make up for it. It's obvious they don't stick to their prices and are only interested in getting personal info from customers. Don't even bother with this shady company - just stay away.

    I bought a pair of work boots from Zoro thinking they would be good for long days at work. Unfortunately, the boots I got were not up to par and had some issues. Trying to return them was such a hassle. I had to reach out to customer service a bunch of times before I got any help, and even then it took forever to get it sorted out. The whole thing was just really frustrating and not what I expected at all.

    I went to buy a toolbox and some work gloves from this store, but it was a mess! My mom gave me a 10% off coupon, so I figured I'd use it there. I picked out what I wanted, entered the code, and it didn't go through! I called customer service to figure out why, and the guy told me the coupon was only for tools from a certain brand. It wasn't mentioned on the coupon! Eventually, I just canceled my order and went somewhere else to get what I needed. Total waste of time!

    Ceiling paint order

    I ordered some ceiling paint from Zoro for a project I was working on for a client. But you won't believe it - I didn't get the right paint not once, but twice. I reached out to customer service, and they told me the paint I wanted was no longer available. It was pretty annoying. The customer service folks were nice about it all, but they definitely need to work on getting orders right. At least they gave me a refund for the mix-up, but it was a pain to deal with in the first place.

    Recent order mishaps

    My recent experience with this company has been pretty disappointing. My first order was missing some boxes, which was really frustrating. But they did fix it by sending me the missing items quickly. However, my second order was even more of a headache. I called to ask about when a backordered item might come in, but they wouldn't tell me anything over the phone. They said I had to buy the item first, then wait two days for an update. That lack of transparency and communication is just not okay with me. And to make things even worse, the backordered item ended up being delayed by nearly a month. I'm really let down by the service this company has given me.

    I bought something from them and they ended up sending me the wrong thing! When I called their customer service, they had me send a picture of the incorrect item before they would help me out. So I sent the picture, and then they told me they had to wait for the manufacturer to get back to them. It's ridiculous! Their customer service is just terrible in my opinion. I won't be purchasing from them again, no matter how good the deals are. I suggest steering clear of this company or you'll regret it, just like I do! Avoid them at all costs!

    Product on back-order

    I ordered a product back on 05/01 and was originally supposed to get it by 09/01. But then they moved the delivery date to 17/01. Well, guess what? I still didn't get my order. I reached out to customer service through email and they told me the item was on back-order and they had no more in stock. Seriously? This whole situation has me feeling pretty let down and suspicious. It smells fishy, like a possible scam. So, I went ahead and canceled my order and asked for a refund. I'll keep you posted on how it all turns out.
