    I really enjoy shopping at this store because they have a ton of cute clothes and accessories. The customer service is always so nice and helpful whenever I need it. And the prices are pretty reasonable for the quality of their products. I've been shopping here for a while and have never had a negative experience. It's definitely my favorite store for all my fashion wants and needs!

    Dansko Lucie slippers

    I got these Dansko Lucie slippers and they were just like the description and fit me perfectly. This was my second pair and I'm still amazed at how comfy they are. The price I paid was way less than at a big store, which was a nice surprise. Plus, my order came super quick, only 5 business days. I definitely recommend this platform for getting good stuff at awesome prices.

    Sweater and black cardigan

    I recently ordered some stuff online and it wasn't the best experience. The website was kind of slow with processing orders because they made some changes. It took more than three weeks for my stuff to get to me. The sweater and black cardigan were nice, but I've heard the quality can vary. Even though I picked the fast shipping option, it still took a long time. If you want your stuff quick, make sure to choose the fastest shipping during checkout. My items arrived in good shape and were good quality though. USPS shipping can be slow, so keep that in mind. On the bright side, I also got some window curtains that came quickly and were nice.

    I used to really enjoy ordering clothes from this website, especially because they had unique stuff and good quality items. But lately, I've started to notice a drop in quality. Some of the clothes feel flimsy and get all pilly after washing. And the lining in the tunics is now made with this cheap white material. They also don't have as much stuff in stock as they used to, with limited sizes and not a lot of variety. Plus, the prices have gone up a lot, so it's not as affordable as it used to be. It's also a bummer that I can't save my favorite items on the website anymore. Overall, the whole online shopping experience has become pretty annoying and not as fun as it used to be.

    This website is really good for anyone who wants a lot of options when shopping, but watch out for the returns - it can be a pain. Because they partner with a bunch of different companies, shipping times might not be consistent for everything you order. The customer service is decent though. I had a few mix-ups with UPS delivering to the wrong place, but Zulily's customer service team took care of it right away and gave me a refund without any problems.

    Recent change disappointment

    I'm really disappointed with the recent changes at the company. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years because I loved the unique European brands that Zulily used to have. But now, they've mostly switched to featuring items from China, and the quality, prints, and sizes just aren't the same. I end up returning more things than keeping them, and it's pretty disheartening. There are less new and unique pieces now, and the prices for the new brands they're showing are way too high. Because of this, I'm buying a lot less from them. It's frustrating to keep seeing the same stuff over and over in different categories. I've found cheaper options with the same quality and faster delivery from competitors like Shein and Temu. Unless Zulily makes some big changes soon, I'm afraid they're going to lose more customers like me.

    I originally gave a 1-star rating as could not get hold of the company for a refund at all - there are no phone numbers or email addresses that I could find on the website. Their online refund form has an inherent error - i completed 2 separate ones but they didn't receive either. Anyway, having posted the 1-star review on Trustpilot, they did contact me and, after multiple emails to and fro, have refunded the money, I finally found their CONTACT DETAILS which is Eight Four Five 5 two one seven two four five -I the company service team was outstanding and knowledgeable getting my return shipping information with me and they took few minutes to complete the verification process and after that, I received my amount back as a confirmation I also received a text stating that had a long struggle and stress during the process DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have no protection. You might think 'It's only £10' But if they do this to 1000 people this is £10,000 they've stolen! NEVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!
