Verification

Do you have an experience with a company? In that case we ask you, especially in case of a negative experience, to no waver from sharing this experience with the best accuracy you can manage. Focus on the facts and concrete aspects of your experience, which will be invaluable for those that have never had any contact with the company. When clarification is needed, we will try to contact the writer of the review and ask them to support their case with evidence. Examples of this evidence could include email conversations or an invoice.

To the best of our effort, we prevent people from posting unfounded reviews on this website. Everyone who wants to post a message is asked to give as much detail as possible. The more detail, the more validity your review has and the better chance it will stand of being kept online in the case of a complaint from the company. If you have posted a negative review, you may be contacted via email. Reviews that are left in large quantities all from the same IP address will be removed. If more than one review has been written (about one or more companies) without sufficient information, these reviews will be removed. Advertisements, Calls-to-action or threats will be removed and contact information and domain names (ULS) will be redacted.

For companies

Having a business page on US-Reviews does not give you the final decision right to remove or leave a review. As an objective and independent platform, we never remove a review or experience submitted by a customer without the due-process and agreement from both sides that the issue has been resolved. The negative review will then be watermarked as ‘Resolved’ and the grade will be removed from the overall score, highlight your brand’s involvement in resolving customer issues.
