If you have posted a negative review, you may be contacted via email. Reviews that are left in large quantities all from the same IP address will be removed. If more than one review has been written (about one or more companies) without sufficient information, these reviews will be removed. Advertisements, Calls-to-action or threats will be removed and contact information and domain names (ULS) will be redacted.
For companies
Having a business page on US-Reviews does not give you the final decision right to remove or leave a review. As an objective and independent platform, we never remove a review or experience submitted by a customer without the due-process and agreement from both sides that the issue has been resolved. The negative review will then be watermarked as ‘Resolved’ and the grade will be removed from the overall score, highlight your brand’s involvement in resolving customer issues.
