I was really impressed with how the accounting professionals at this company paid close attention to me and took care of my needs. Even though the company has a not-so-personal name, they made me feel like they truly listened to what I needed for both my personal and business finances. The advice they gave me was excellent, and I trusted that all the important decisions and paperwork were being taken care of properly. They patiently answered all my questions until I understood everything clearly and felt satisfied. I never felt like they were talking down to me or rushing me through anything during our interactions.

I recently started using 1-800Accountants for my tax prep instead of my old company and I'm really happy with the service. The customer support is great and they really help me save every penny. I've been using this service for about 6 or 7 years now, and I have to say, I couldn't be happier with how they handle everything. The staff is always super friendly and quick to help out, and they really know their stuff when it comes to taxes. The accountant I was working with actually gave me a call to ask me some questions after I messaged them. I was thrilled because I was leaving for a month-long vacation the next day. If he hadn't called me, I would have had spotty internet and been hard to reach. So, I quickly responded to his questions so he could start working on my return. Before I knew it, he was done and sent it over for me to sign and file.

I just used a tax service for my small LLC from this company, and I gotta say, it was just okay. Things moved a bit slowly, but hey, it was tax season, so I'll cut them some slack. They did find some deductions that other tax software missed, like TurboTax, which ended up saving me some cash. In general, I'd suggest using their services, just be ready to wait it out a bit.
