Printer and resin purchase
Their printers and resins are top-notch, no doubt about it. I've been super happy with how well they work and the results they give me. But what really makes this company stand out is their customer service - they're amazing. The support team is always there to help me out and they never disappoint. They've gone the extra mile to fix any problems I've had with my order or the products. Their commitment to making sure I'm happy is truly impressive, and it's why I'll keep coming back to them for future purchases.
LCD screen replacement for Mono X
Alright, I've got a story for you about my experience getting my LCD screen replaced by this company. My Mono X was acting up, so I needed a new screen. Luckily, Bell from customer support was a total lifesaver and really came through for me. I've gotta hand it to them, their response time to my emails was impressive and they were super helpful every step of the way. Major props to them for that!
Issue with connectivity
My printer just wouldn't connect to the network, no matter what settings or software tricks I tried. I went back and forth with support over email, and they ended up sending me a new build plate and mainboard with a WiFi module at no extra charge. I'm really happy with how it all turned out and super satisfied with the support.
Quick and professional customer service
I had a few problems with tech support at first, but then Miya from customer service came to the rescue and fixed everything. I'm grateful for the fast and proper solution they gave me. Definitely going to stick with this business in the future.
Printer parts purchase
I got some printer parts and the guy I chatted with, Erick, was really helpful and knew his stuff. He helped me fix my printer and get it up and running again. Erick is fantastic and definitely deserves 5 stars! Thanks for all the help!
Photon M3 Premium Bundle
Short version: Avoid this company. They will take your money, then ask you to pay more for your order. If you don't, they won't send you what you purchased.
Long version: Anycubic took my money, confirmed my order, and never sent me what I bought. When I emailed them and asked for an update, they told me I needed to pay more for the order. I refused, and they asked again. This went on for nearly a month, with Anycubic still having my money the entire time. When I threatened them with legal action if they didn't send me what I paid for, they reversed the charge.
I consider this is be fraud. The amount of time and effort wasted just trying to get what I had already paid for was astonishing. I used to love Anycubic. They were the first company I purchased 3D printers from. After spending the past month being sent the same copy and pasted corporate emails (with the same exact spelling mistakes to boot), I will never purchase from this company again. I'd advise you don't either.
I've had GREAT customer service from Creality, and Longer, and I've heard good things about Elegoo as well. Try those brands. You'll thank me.I'm looking to bought photon mono c and washer plus and that didn't happen
They have a sales and the deal was good. I have see this on my lunch break at job and I'm ok I will order when I goes home. Surprise the sale wasn't finish and the prices haves increase. And I wrote to anycubic and they said no no that la the deal prices and don't honor the sale they have put on there website
Viper 3D printer
X axis belt broken and the printer is unable on arrival so I can not use it.
I contacted customer service 3 weeks ago and have not a replacement part. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANYCUBI !!!Spool of pla plastic
I originally ordereded a printer and a spool of pla from them and while they came on separate days they did arrive within two weeks of ordering. The printer worked well the plastic was good so I decided to order another spool of pla and after a week and a half of it being ordered it was still marked as "order placed" and yet to be shipped so I contacted the company company via email after a very tedious week and a half of back and forth emails I managed to cancel my order. In my experience they have good products but absolutely horrible customer service.
