A Reliable and User-Friendly Local SEO Solution
I have been a client of BrightLocal for several months now and I have to say, I am extremely satisfied with the services they provide. The team at BrightLocal has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with my local SEO efforts.

I've been using the SEO tools and services from BrightLocal and they've really helped out my business. I was able to take care of my clients' needs quickly without having to sign a long contract with someone else. The only thing I wish was different is that the Citation Builder process could be faster at creating listings when they say they will. Lately, it's been taking an extra week to finish, which might not be a big deal for some people, but for those of us with tight deadlines, it's a bit of a problem.

I just bought this citation builder service and I have to say, it completely blew me away. The interface is super easy to use, customer support is amazing, and what really sold me on it was the fact that they offer permanent submissions. The customer service at BrightLocal is always amazing. I had a question about finding a citation that showed as "submitted" in my campaign and the agent was super helpful. They explained that it should update itself once accepted and gave me more ways to verify the information. They even took the extra step to check with the team to make sure everything was on track. My experience with BrightLocal was fantastic. I needed some Local SEO help, so I contacted their team. I was really impressed by how fast Mike and Trixy were able to talk to me. Bright Local has a bunch of useful tools for SEO stuff like citations, handling reputation, and checking out local searches. We really need these tools to give our clients good info and make sure their online presence is top-notch. The Bright Local interface is super easy to use, which helps us out a lot. And the support they give is awesome, always there to help out with any questions or problems we have.

I recently talked to a customer service person at this company, and I gotta say, they really knew their stuff. Brad was awesome and I gained more insight into local SEO than I ever did on my own through endless hours of research. I've been using the recorded video as a great resource to keep coming back to for notes and tips. I highly recommend this service to anyone wanting to improve their local SEO skills.
Quick campaign assistance
I had a little trouble with my campaign submission and needed some help sorting it out. Coleen was super helpful and patient, making sure all the info was fixed quickly. And shoutout to Jamie, Trixy, Keyrsten, Nova Alyssa, and Carmi for answering all my questions during my trial. They've all been awesome.
