Cake: Just an average bakery
I recently used Cake for a small office party and overall, my experience was pretty good. The process of ordering was straightforward and the staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. The delivery arrived on time and the cake itself was delicious. It was a chocolate fudge cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and it received rave reviews from my coworkers.
One thing I will say is that the price was a bit steep, but I suppose you get what you pay for. The cake was definitely worth it for the special occasion.
I will say that I wish there were more flavor options available, as I tend to get tired of the typical chocolate and vanilla choices. However, I'm sure that's just a personal preference and others may be perfectly satisfied with the selection.
All in all, I would use Cake again for a special occasion. The convenience of ordering online and having it delivered was definitely a plus.Payroll and HR software purchase
Buying the payroll and HR software was really easy. We were looking for a way to make our payroll and HR processes more efficient. After checking out several companies, we settled on this software. Setting it up was a breeze and we didn't even need help from IT. We were able to tailor it to fit our needs by creating PTO policies, holiday schedules, and custom fields. Being able to upload paystubs and let employees access them on their own was a huge improvement for us. We're really happy with our purchase and would definitely suggest it to anyone else looking for something similar.
HR system implementation
Working with the team at SageHR and Jasmine Becher has been a real pleasure. Jasmine has been super helpful and attentive to our needs, from the start of getting everything set up to customizing our HR system. She really went the extra mile to make sure SageHR fits our needs and has provided us with top-notch customer service the whole way through. I would definitely recommend SageHR as an HRIS solution for any company wanting to make their HR processes smoother and more efficient.
HRIS software for company
After searching for what felt like forever, we finally found an HRIS software that fits the bill for our company - Sage's system. It has a ton of modules and features that have really helped us fine-tune our tech and streamline our HR stuff. Judith, our Onboarding Specialist, has been a rockstar with this software. She's super helpful and always there when we need her. We're pumped about rolling this out to our employees and all the cool things it can do.
Online HRIS service
The customer service at this HRIS provider is really great. Whenever I have a problem or question, I can reach them easily and they are always helpful. There's one representative in particular who has been awesome - not only does he walk me through any issues I have with the system, but he also lets me know he's there for more help if I need it. This kind of support helps me use the system to its fullest and any issues I have are taken care of quickly.
Integration with Sage Accounting
I thought integrating with Sage Accounting was super easy and straightforward. The interface was really easy to use, and all the features in the library had everything I needed. The only downside was the pricing - it was a little steep, especially since I'm already paying for a subscription to Sage Accounting.
Sage HR, Sage Payroll, and Sage Accounting programs
As a new office manager, let me tell you how awesome the Sage programs have been for us at Better Call Paul Plumbing. The way Sage HR, Sage Payroll, and Sage Accounting all work together has made our work so much easier and saved us a ton of time. The programs are easy to use and have all the features we need. Thanks to Sage, my transition into this job has been a breeze. I would definitely suggest Sage to any business trying to get more efficient and organized.

I just bought some HR software for my mid-sized company that has been working out really well. The best thing about it is that you can customize it to fit your needs. The team that developed the software is really great - they're quick to help, efficient, and super friendly. If you're tired of dealing with spreadsheets and want to make your HR processes easier, this software is definitely worth checking out.
Payroll software review
This payroll software has been a huge time saver for me. It does all the math for deductions, including Quebec tax tables which not all programs have. The reports it provides are super helpful for managing payroll. I have to say, there was a bit of a learning curve because I've never used a payroll app before, but the chat help feature has been really great for getting the help I need.
Accidentally subscribed to HR and Payroll services
The platform seems pretty good for keeping all our employee info in one place since people have been using it for vacation requests. But I haven't really explored what else it can do. I signed up for the HR service by mistake when I was actually looking for payroll, so now I'm not sure if I should keep both services.

The tutorial I had recently was really great. Adam Tinning did an awesome job of explaining everything in a friendly and helpful way. He listened carefully and was really committed to helping me out. I really appreciate his professionalism and knowledge, and I'm excited to work with him again in the future.
Quick and Easy App
The app is really easy to use for clocking in and out. It's also nice that the timesheet export format is efficient. But we ran into a big problem with time period inaccuracies and a whole week missing. When we tried to fix it through the Chatbot, the responses were super slow and we didn't get any solution. It took a whole day just to be told there's no timeline for fixing it. We recommend finding a quicker and better way to handle big issues and giving options for clients to customize to make the experience better.
HR system setup assistance
The help I got setting up the HR system was amazing. Jasmin Becher was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind the whole time. She guided me through lots of fixes and made sure I knew what was going on. I really appreciate her expertise in getting everything sorted out smoothly.
Cake order for a birthday party
The ordering process kinda threw me off at first, but once I figured it out, everything went smoothly. The service was alright, nothing super amazing. The prices were fair, not too high or too cheap. The delivery was on point and the cake came in perfect shape. All in all, it was a pretty decent experience.
