hassle free process
Few months back , i got divorced and those times were hard for both of us. We didn't wanted to add more difficulties but the whole process looked so messy. Well complete case helped us a lot. I used the divorce preparation tool on this website to file my divorce, and, honestly, it was pretty easy to follow. But, man, hit a big snag 'cause they gave the wrong address. Money order got sent back, and now my divorce is taking way longer than I thought. Being a single parent handling money struggles, this wait has been tough on me and my kids as we try to get this divorce finalized. I'm grateful for the help I got from the service, but that mistake really messed things up for me.

I recently used this online divorce service to help with my legal stuff. At first, I thought I'd only have to pay $39.99 a month and could quit whenever. But man, was I shocked when I got charged over $400 Canadian, which is like $299 in US dollars. That's way more than I was expecting, and to top it off, they told me I couldn't get a refund because of some "connection fee." The whole situation made me feel annoyed and disappointed with the service.
Found bad stuff on my phone
So, yeah, my wife found some sketchy stuff on my phone and totally freaked out. She took off to a hotel, then came back and we got into this intense argument that ended with me breaking my hand by punching a wall. I had to bust open a few doors to get to my kids after she locked them up. Now she's crashing at her dad's place and bringing up the D-word, but we haven't filed any official divorce papers yet.

The first support specialist I work with was amazing, knowledgeable and helpful.
He told me that he would be there to help me till the very end which is one of the reasons why I chose to go with this company. However, after I had to make changes which did not get automatically updated that's when I started having an unpleasant experience. I would call only to get yelled at, spoken to sarcastically or was misinformed. I've tried several times to fix the situation by requesting call backs, writing emails and calling many times.
I finally was told that they have a history of all my changes and that a forms specialist would have to manually make them and I would be notified when it was done. So then I get an email stating that I need to tell them exactly what forms and what changes need to be made on the day my subscription ends and I can't even review the forms unless I pay for another month subscription
