Coolmuster android app & assistant
Thanks, Annie for Coolmuster's support. I was having trouble connecting and copying info to my new 5G android phone from my old 3G phone, Annie provided excellent support. I was able to copy everything, including text messages, call logs, and apps. I'm a very happy customer. Also, she guided me on how I can connect my new 5G android phone to the Coolmuster Android Assistant, which is extremely useful for backing up my phone to a PC. One downside though, it took longer than expected to copy all the data. Not for use when in a hurry. Also, ensure devices are fully charged. Other than that, I appreciate it.
Easy data transfer
Coolmuster seriously saved the day for me when I needed to transfer all my stuff from my old phone to my new one. These days, it's kind of annoying how hard it is to do that. But this program came through and saved everything for me - text messages included! Sometimes you might not think text content is a big deal, but there are definitely times when those messages are super important to have saved. Whether it's for legal stuff or just sentimental reasons, I'm really happy Coolmuster has a solution for this.
Easy data transfer
I just used this app to move some stuff from my Samsung to my Huawei phone. It was pretty easy and I got everything transferred over without any problems. But I was kind of shocked to see that the free version only lets you copy 10 things like contacts and texts. I didn't realize this until I was already copying stuff, which was a bummer. Even with that downside, I ended up buying the lifetime license because I figured it was a better deal in the long haul, even if I only use it once in a while.
Useful Android assistant tool
This Android assistant tool is seriously a game-changer when it comes to handling all my phone data. It makes it so easy for me to back up and sort through my files, plus being able to shoot off text messages from my computer is a total game-changer. But I gotta admit, there are some pretty strict rules in place, like breaking up my texts if I get a little too wordy. Still, I definitely think this tool is essential for anyone who wants to keep their Android device organized and under control.

I got some awesome help from the customer service folks over at Coolmuster when I was trying to connect my Samsung Galaxy A01 to their software. Backup and Review of phone content
I just got this product to help me back up and check out all the stuff on my phone, and I gotta say, it's actually really easy to use and navigate. Dealing with photos and other files is super simple, especially since I don't have a lot of space left on my phone. I haven't tried the restore feature yet since I haven't gotten a new phone, but based on how things have been going, I'm pretty sure it's gonna work out just fine.
Software purchase for file transfer
I just bought this file transfer software and I gotta say, their service was seriously impressive. Ordering was a breeze, thanks to the user-friendly website. The customer support team was top-notch, they answered all my questions in simple and genuine terms. I liked that they kept it straightforward without all the unnecessary jargon. And when I finally used the software, it worked flawlessly, just like they said it would. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything turned out.

I spent a good hour trying to figure it out. I had some trouble with my computer picking up my phone at first, but I finally got it to work. It quickly recognized my phone was connected through USB and WiFi, which was nice. Unfortunately, I couldn't test out the editing or deletion functions since I only have the trial version. I also noticed there's no preview for images or music, which is a bummer. And I really don't like having to turn on USB Debugging on my phone.

I just got the PDF Password Remover for Mac and let me tell you, it's been a total game changer. Dealing with password-protected PDFs used to be a headache for me, but now this app makes it a breeze to quickly and effectively remove the passwords. I got this Android Assistant software, but when I tried to use it, my phone wasn't being recognized. Texts and WhatsApp saving
I had to save all my texts and WhatsApp messages to my computer so I could keep a record of Covid-19 history and hold onto all the convos with my family and friends. Coolmuster really came through for me. Not only did it help me do all that, but it also freed up some memory on my phone, making it run smoother and faster.
Copying info from old phone to new phone
Yeah, so I found this app that's supposed to transfer all my stuff from my old phone to the new one. It's doing its job fine and transferring everything I want, but man, it's expensive and taking forever to complete. I'm spending more time waiting for it to do its thing than I did waiting for Windows to finish installing, and let me tell you, that's saying something!
Product renewal
I had to renew my product, but I accidentally chose the yearly charge option. When I realized my mistake, I contacted customer service to see if they could help me cancel it. Annie was really helpful and quickly took care of cancelling my order. It was great to speak with someone who knew what they were doing. Thank you, Annie!
