VPN Subscription
I had a problem with my first subscription, but customer service was super helpful and got it sorted out quick through live chat or email. They were efficient and I really appreciate the help they gave me. I'm still waiting for my refund from the canceled subscription, but I already got signed up for a new one because the customer service team recommended it. The VPN service itself is amazing - super fast, easy to use, and works really well. The interface is organized and user-friendly too. I used to use a different VPN before, but after doing some digging, I switched over to this one. The quality difference is really clear to me now - this VPN is top-notch in every way. Thanks for providing such an awesome service.

I was using Nord VPN since last three years Despite good offers which was economical too but didn't switched to anyone

After I signed up for the 2-year subscription and downloaded the app, I ran into some compatibility issues with the software on my PC. It was super frustrating trying to deal with it, even with technical assistance. I just couldn't find a fix! So, I ended up having to ask for my money back. But, I gotta give credit where it's due - the refund process was quick and the company really stuck to their word. All in all, I'd say my experience was a rollercoaster of tricky situations and some happy outcomes.
Renewed subscription, overpayment issue resolved
I just renewed my subscription and I ended up paying twice by accident. I was kind of stressed out about having to go through the whole process of getting a refund. But I decided to contact tech support and they were super helpful. They quickly sent my problem over to the billing department and not long after, I got an email saying they had processed a refund for the extra payment. I was pretty impressed with how smoothly and fast they took care of it, without causing me any trouble.
Subscription auto-renewal
I've been using this thing for a while now, always getting the longest package cause it was the best deal. But then they went ahead and auto-renewed me on the most expensive single year deal without even letting me know! That's not cool, man. I'm not gonna use this again.
Fast and easy setup
I am super pleased with my VPN purchase. Getting it all set up was a piece of cake and it worked like a charm from the get-go. I even figured out how to make it start up with my computer and connect to my dedicated IP seamlessly. The speed has been amazing with no hiccups.
Cheaper alternative
I've been using this popular VPN for a while now, so I was a bit skeptical about trying out a different one. But, when I came across Cyberghost and saw that they provided the same services for a lot cheaper, I just had to give it a shot. And let me tell you, I'm really happy I did. The VPN is super easy to use and works even better than I thought it would. I definitely don't regret making the switch.
Virtual private network software purchase
I was pretty happy with how fast and helpful the software was. But man, when I tried to install it on my desktop with Linux Debian, things got bumpy. It was a pain to spot a goof in the Debian config file, which led to more problems and wasted time. Plus, it was a major letdown that I couldn't use multiple servers on Debian - you could only pick one during installation and couldn't switch it up later.
Fast and easy VPN
The VPN is really quick and simple to use. I've been using it a lot and haven't run into any big problems yet. The customer support was helpful whenever I needed it, which was nice. The pricing is fair for what you get, and I would definitely suggest it to others. The only thing I'd say could be better is fixing the problem of blocked IPs to stop those annoying reCaptcha interruptions.
VPN service
I was trying to connect to ITV on my ASUSWRT router using a UK VPN, but I noticed there were some missing frames and pauses. It was working better than ExpressVPN, but still not perfect. I wish they could make it easier to use a dedicated VPN server for ITV on the router like you can in the app. It would be awesome if they could also add the faster WireGuard protocol.
