Mail management service
The mail management service from this company has been pretty helpful overall, but the setup process was a bit frustrating at first. The person doing my review had a picture of me instead of a live video, which I found kind of strange. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that a new employee would be handling my review, with a more experienced person supervising. Also, the screen sharing on Google Meet wasn't great - it was small and not very helpful at first. But eventually it did work for me to see the company's website. Despite these small issues, I'm impressed with what they offer overall and I'm looking forward to continuing to use their services.
Mail management solution
We've been using a mail management solution from this company since early 2020 and we've had a really good experience with them. Before the COVID-19 lockdowns, we were already using their service, but we fully switched to Earth Class Mail in mid-March 2020 to make sure all our mail was going to them. This switch helped us keep operating smoothly while our staff was working from home. Looking back a year later, we're happy with the service they provide and we think they've helped us do well in this remote-work setup. Business mail service
I've been using this business mail service for a while now, and one thing that really bugs me is how long it takes for them to process things. After they get your mail, they ship it all the way to Oregon for scanning, and it can sometimes take up to ten days just for that! It's super annoying when you need to access your mail quickly for work stuff. Plus, the extra fees for shipping are crazy. They make a big markup on shipping costs just to make some extra cash, instead of giving their customers more affordable options. It really feels like they're just trying to milk the situation for more money.
